I would like to commend the Wells Fargo staff for their excellent service for today. The employees were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. Diego, in particular, was very patient and took the time to answer my questions, making me feel truly welcomed. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Unorganized, they do not honor appointments. They gave me a same day (3 hour before my appointment) cancelation. Missed work for nothing, they had even called the night before to confirm just to cancel last minute.
