This Wells Fargo branch states they open at 9 am. I arrived early and waited in line outside to be let in. A lady comes out and says we are opening at 9:15 am today. Terrible customer service and there were like over 30 PEOPLE waiting outside in the cold waiting 15 minutes longer than they should be.
