ZARA is a modern and attractive store in a central location, close to public transportation and with secure parking. The store offers many shops and an amazing food court. It is described as clean and safe, with many visiting people at all times. The employees are noted as being super nice and helpful, providing good customer service and assisting with finding items. The clothing selection includes very nice clothes for men and women, with plenty of items often on sale. However, some reviews note that the clothes are sometimes not made right, with sizes running very small. The aesthetic of this particular location is described as very different from others, with a dull and boring color palette dominated by black, gray, and white, and dimmed lighting that some find overly formal. Outside the store, the sidewalk features vendors offering fruits, flowers, and crafts.
I love the selection at the Zara.They have some of the best stuff I’ve seen around. Very organized and I love this new white button up shirt that fits me just perfect.

Typical shopping experience. Kind of difficult to get to if you’re coming from the parking structure but it’s expected in LA. Out of bags so they gave me a tiny little bag that didn’t fit anything and had to walk to the women’s side since the ticket validation machine was broken.
