“I ran the 2026 LA Marathon on March 8. I arrived late and had a great experience parking in the Westfield Century City garage. I ran out of my car and towards the shuttle busses. Post race, I could not find my car. I did not take a picture of the location, like I normally would. I was relying on the parked vehicle location on maps. I walked around for an hour and finally asked parking attendants for help. Patrick and Javier were so patient and helpful. I was tired, frustrated, and almost in tears. They went above and beyond to help me locate my car. We finally found my car in a completely different location than what the parked vehicle location showed. Lesson learned! Always take a picture of the parking area marker. BIG THANK YOU to Javier and Patrick for being incredibly helpful and kind.”

“My hat is off to the team at Nickel And Dime Skate Shop. Long story short, we don’t have much of an aggressive inline skate shop in Las Vegas unfortunately. I haven’t skated in about 23 years and recently got back rolling, however I have been having a hard time finding skates or making the ones I order offline comfortable, if they even fit. Alan took his time with me today and I didn’t feel rushed and also allowed me to try on some skates and also some liners in the skates that I brought in that I’ve been trying to get Skate-able/comfortable since July, Alan gave me all his years of input and in the end I got a few things and will be skating the boot I want with a new intuition liner that he recommended that took away the pain on a pressure point I was having, the krew put together my new setup with the liners, frames and wheels I purchased, which was much appreciated. “HUGE selection of vintage clothes with a focus on cowboy, BUT...

Venture downstairs - that's where they have the really interesting stuff in my opinion. Old uniforms - school, military, scouting, forest ranger - you name it! Some are really vintage, like 1950s/60s. I also found the basement items were a bit more reasonably priced than upstairs.

There's also an UPSTAIRS, loft level with shoes and boots, but in my opinion the basement was solid gold.

Even if you aren't looking for clothing, this place is like a museum of mid-century clothing of all styles. It's right on Hollywood Boulevard, so add it to your to-do list in L.A.!”

“I visited the New Rock and Dr Marten portion of posers today, and all I can say is wow!! The service in the stores were top notch!! The New Rock portion was very well stocked with pretty much any New Rock shoe that you could think of. The Dr. Marten portion was top notch!!! You could find limited edition docs and ones still made in England!! The lady that was running the store was very knowledgeable and very sweet!! Needless to say, I found where I will be shopping for my shoes from now on!!”

“Impeccably well curated selection of vintage pieces in a charming little space… plus it’s always great to support small family businesses when you can.
The couple who own it are super friendly and had a ton of knowledge.
They helped me find 3 dope tees and a my wife got a cute little tchotchke for the pad. Way more fruitful than shopping at any of the corporation-owned vintage chain shops.

“My experience here was so good that it has stuck in my head for exactly three months, compelling me to write a review after all this time! Honestly I think customer service at clothing stores in America is miles better than in Canada where I'm from, but this was still top-tier service for the US.

I came in perhaps the last hour or two, and I tried on so many men's styles and sizes it's not even funny. Unfortunately I think most things fit me pretty poorly regardless of where I shop. I felt terrible unraveling complex folding patterns and taking off so many collar-shaping cardboard pieces. I commented on this to the female worker who helped me most, and she was so authentic about it not being a problem at all.

You can tell that some retail workers out there are just being nice because they have to be, despite trying hard to act like they naturally want to help. This worker genuinely wanted to help! She gave great opinions, and when she inquired about items in the store that I was interested in trying on and I described them, she quickly brought them to me without me even showing them to her or her watching me look at them prior!

When I was checking out at the minute the store was closing, I mentioned that the reason I didn't get a certain shirt was because it was a more traditional dress shirt whereas I was looking for chambray. She was upset because they did have chambray I didn't notice, and she offered to let me try it on even though it was literally after closing time! Of course I declined as doing otherwise would've been rude - this wonderful lady needs to sleep! ? but I said I'd come back a different day.

Unfortunately I got too busy on my vacation that the opportunity to come back didn't come up. While I don't remember her name, I hope this worker didn't quit and is never fired! The other workers were also great though. When viewing items they asked if I wanted to try them on, and if I said yes, they offered to bring them to my change room for me - even when I hadn't spoken to the worker before and didn't think they'd know my change room. They even encouraged me to keep looking if I wanted and that my liked items would be in my changeroom waiting for me when I came to it. And they were!

I can't believe I wrote such a long review for a visit where I only decided on one shirt, but I wasn't judged whatsoever for buying just one item. I will cherish this shirt for a long time - likely more for the memory of the customer service attached to it than the actual enjoyment of the item (it's nice too, don't worry?). This is why physical stores should continue to exist.”
