The performance of the car was fine, even though it had two maintenance notifications on the dashboard. My only real gripe with the car is that all of its crevices are dusted in blunt grinds. This is true of the majority of the zipcars I've rented in the past, so I kind of just accepted it.

I booked a car on the app but there was no car on arrival. I called and they gave me a refund. They give you a window to get the car but if the other person doesn't bring it back, the car is canceled and you have to look for another car that is not available. I have booked a lot of cars using zipcar and have not encountered any big problem. I had a fuel issue but customer service was nice and took care of it and refunded me the amount. Also the cars are in good condition and good price for 1-2 hours
