“This business is family owned by local folks who are native to the area. I just spoke to the owner about a recent incident that happened inside the store. The owner was the most gracious business conductor I have ever talked to. Incredibly respectful person. The owners are supportive of the customers and neighbors! Supportive of the employees, too. Love this place and all the people operating it. Thank you.”

“Another Chevron station, quite the same as any other. They do have a Car Wash though, and if you purchase the service INSIDE the gas station (and you spend on gas), they give you a small discount for the car wash. Worth it.”

“This 7 / 11 it’s clean, all the products in display are in order, and customer service is great. Also there’s a gas station outside, but we only used the service store.”

“I enjoy getting my gas here and any snacks that I need. They have anything from juice to soda and beer. They have sweet and salty and even Starbucks in a bottle container - they have unique drinks and treats and the staff here are very nice. This is my secret place where on a Friday after work I stock up for the weekend. ?”

“This Shell station in Los Banos is the first gas stop and fruit stand combo you hit after Gilroy, so most people traveling this route are familiar with it. Gas prices are high, which isn’t surprising given the location and late-night convenience factor. The place itself was clean, and the attendant was actively walking the floor and cleaning, which is always a good sign.

The store looks nice and the staff was friendly, but the selection is very limited. It’s mostly high-selling, mainstream items—sugary drinks and heavily processed snacks. You’re not going to find things like coconut water alternatives or anything health-leaning. Not necessarily a knock, just something to be aware of.

I grabbed a couple small items and was on my way. If this fits your needs, it’s a solid stop. If you’re looking for variety or better options, you may want to keep moving. Overall, not bad, just very basic.”

“Best place to stop in Los Banos. Good selection of food; many healthy choices. Clean restrooms. They always have enough staff on duty to handle the crowd of travelers passing thru.”

“The tall older woman with the long pony tail needs to go, some woman didn't know how to use her rewards card and forgot to slide it before the transaction. She shouldn't have but she asked the said cashier to void the transaction and do it over, the woman says very loudly this is bullsh*t there were two little girls behind me in line. There is also another girl that works that works with long braid extensions, she is plain rude! I know the owners and I am sure they would not be happy with this behavior. They act like they are doing you a favor.”

“It's very safe to put gas here, it's 11:51pm at night and I'm putting gas here right now.nothing to worry about here, it's very small town and this station is not in a bad area in this town. It get more rougher as you get closer to the downtown area and by the hospital but like I said this town is super small so it is not like you're putting gas in the ghetto in some major city. Nothing to worry about. You will be fine and safe.”

“(Filled-up 07/29/17 SA @ 9:00am): I'd circle back here for the inexpensive gas...except you were in the middle of nowhere! A friend and I were in town for a weekend of fun at the world-famous Gilroy Garlic Festival and found this Circle K minutes away from where we were staying. Located along the main thoroughfare of Pacheco Blvd. in "boonyville", I was surprised at how low the gas prices were since they were still relatively high during this time of year and there weren't competing stations around. I was more familiar with Circle K as a convenient store, but they have been adding gas pumps over the years. If for some God foresaken reason I found myself in this neck of the woods, would I stop by again!?: PURCHASE 87 Unleaded Regular Gas ($32.50): Although the red gas lamp light hadn't flashed on yet, we still had about an hour drive ahead of us up to Gilroy, so it made sense to get gas now...and boy was that a smart idea since the prices we saw along the drive were above the $3.00 range! I cruised in like a boss with no other cars in sight. After 12.13 gallons of gas at $2.67/gallon, I was feeling good and ready to get my garlic on! SERVICE Unfortunately, the pump machine didn't like my credit card, so I went inside only to learn from a kind young woman that their internet was down which affected the card machines. After about 10 minutes, they were finally up and running (I should've pulled out my wad of ones!), I started to fill her up, the pump ran quickly, and before I knew it I was done! With receipt in hand and my co-pilot graciously washed my windows, we were ready to hit the road. I wasn't going to fault them for the downed internet; after all, we were in Los Banos (translated to "the bathrooms")! PARKING (FREE) There were several designated spots in front of the convenient store as well as room near both the price marquee and air/water pump station. Otherwise, there was no need for parking because you simply wanted to pull in, pull out, and be on your way. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A medium-height signage along Pacheco Blvd. was easily viewable from both directions Attached was a medium-sized convenience store that was incredibly clean, organized, stocked various merchandise, totally lit up by both natural and electric ceiling lights, and had background music, I was completely impressed This spacious gas station was fully covered with designated pump and thoroughfare lanes. It had a total of 8 pump stations (two columns with four pumps each). There were the requisite soapy suds, squeaky squeegees, paper towels, trashcans, and air/water stations ($1.50 for 5 minute usage Although there were multiple ways to enter/exit the station, I saw no congestion issues. Outside, there was plenty of natural lighting during the day while I imagined bright electric lights flooded the night, but no TVs or background music. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL This Circle K gas station and convenience store on Pacheco Blvd. was a nice surprise. I didn't recall any Circle K locations in the Los Angeles area that were also gas stations, but I would look out for them now. I wasn't sure what their hours were, appeared to have sufficient lighting, had all the necessary amenities, and prices were very good all things considered. Thankfully, cash and credit card prices were the same; however, I abhorred that they charged for air/water (this was the main factor in my rating). I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $33.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit”
