“If you’re looking for used appliances, I recommend this place. I went in looking for a used fridge and was attended right away. There were quite a few options and the attendant helped me decide on just the right choice based on my needs.My purchase price (fairly decent) included delivery and removal of the old unit. The whole delivery experience went smoothly and the delivery person was very courteous, making sure the install was complete before leaving. I also received a courtesy call the following week to ensure everything was going well, which I think is a very nice gesture.I’m very happy with the new refrigerator and with how the whole transaction went. I bought a secondhand refrigerator and received first class service.”

“We had a great experience working with Unique Outdoor Living! We approached them months ago about wanting an outdoor cabinet with room for a 30 inch grill and cabinets underneath to store items. We were initially greeting by Rosa who was very kind and informative. She set us up with Sean, their sales representative, who worked with us on figuring out exactly what would be best. He was very patient, diligent, reliable and hard-working. Once we decided and placed our order, Alejandra stepped in and organized the team of three men who delivered it and set it up. They were very attentive to detail and extra cautious in setting up the counter and in installing the grill. It was a very positive experience all around, so I would highly recommend purchasing from this company.”

They updated a tired '80s kitchen and made it beautiful and modern.Caroline took the lead on design and after a few iterations, we got on the same page. When it finally came time for demo and construction, I got to meet Ellen and Marc. Anytime I had a question, Ellen responded with alacrity and thoroughness. Marc and the rest of the crew were great craftsmen, professional, and polite. (Marc's also got a good sense of humor. I caught Marc singing a Backstreet Boys song one day and had a good laugh with him. Ask him to sing for you.) The crew was timely in their arrivals and always left things tidy at the end of the day.That's not to say that everything in the process was smooth--there were puzzling miscommunications from time to time and minor details to fix toward the end. But, considering some horror stories I've heard from others, these small frustrations pale in comparison.”

“I want to give a massive thanks to Andrew in the plumbing department for stepping forward and helping me out with cutting some pipe I had bought at this location. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.Other than Andrew, my experience with this location was very poor. I called ahead of time to ask if there was someone working today who knew how to operate the pipe cutter. The employee had the worst attitude and knew nothing about the store or what products were available. He sounded incredibly bored and gave me more dramatic sighs than actual answers.When I arrived and was asking around for help, the employees were extremely unprofessional and dismissive. There were a couple huddled around making jokes about their genitals and acted as if I was interrupting when I asked for help. Nobody even knew the location had a pipe cutter. Fortunately Andrew walked by right at that moment to help another customer and I was able to ask him for help.”

“I called a few times for holiday decorations. Was told to come to the store and even though they weren't on the floor they would take care of me. I called twice and was told the same thing. Drove 25 miles to get there after they pulled the pallet down and scanned the item it said they couldn't sell it. Long story short the staff were really nice, the store manager Chris stepped in and helped and sold the merchandise. I would definitely buy from this HomeDepot again. Sometimes the staff at other stores get irritated when helping you, not the staff we interacted with, was very impressed. Thank you again for everything.”

“I'm not sure why they only have 2.5 stars. I had such a good experience purchasing a bbq island from them, and I'd totally recommend them to anyone who's looking for patio furniture and BBQ stuff. It's a huge showroom and they have tons of items for you to buy off the floor. They also have options for custom orders, but the lead time is quite long (8-10 weeks for a custom island). I decided to buy the floor display since I liked the look of it, and I have zero patience. =D Mike was friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable; he explained things very clearly, so I knew exactly what I was buying. He was never pushy and I really appreciate that in a salesperson. I can't speak about the furniture prices, but for the bbq islands, they were a fair price in comparison to online websites like wayfair, bbqguys, overstock, etc. -- especially for the quality! I will say that there weren't a ton of options for bbq islands, but the one I chose was exactly what I was looking for, so I can't complain. 10/10 would recommend you to support this local shop!”

Their team advised us on getting high-end materials and built-in appliances at the best price and for long-term performance in mind. Steve diligently oversaw construction from surveying the prepared site to making sure every single detail of installation was perfect and done rapidly. At the end of the day, the kitchen turned out phenomenal and within the original budget. On top of it all, each of the Villa Galleria team members struck us as knowledgeable in their area, super kind and totally supportive throughout the process.
