“It was a very nice experience. Open area, very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely give Vickie 5 stars on her own. My Mother had questions about her dresser she just purchased and Vickie was still helping her with a burrito in hand. Vickie made us feel very welcome and important. Everything in the store was in good if not great condition. Will definitely be back again.”

“This vendor is a life saver, they've always got exactly what I need and typically without any delay or extended lead time. Plus parts are fairly priced and the customer service is top notch as they know us regulators by name and going to the vendor is like visiting your friends when picking up replacement parts. Johnstone Supply has all the HVAC supplies to handle most situations I run into.”

“Michael G. was incredibly professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and we had a great conversation throughout the process. He truly made my experience at the Home Depot on Monterey & Curtner enjoyable. The Customer Service Champion title on his apron is well deserved. Watching him help not only me but several other customers with the same level of professionalism and kindness says a lot about the person he is. Home Depot is lucky to have an employee like Michael, and I hope they recognize and appreciate everything he does. Five stars!”

“Hello, I am Shahlla, a Home Depot Designer at the Hillsdale San Jose store. As a Designer, I am also a current (Home Depot sponsored) member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association. My work background is in technology Program Management. I very much enjoy being a Home Depot Designer especially at this particular store. We have worked hard to make our store's Design department number one in sales and satisfaction in the South Bay region. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me for remodeling or resurfacing design consultations. I would be more than happy to work with our Silicon Valley community.”

“Home Depot has FREE monthly kid workshops where you can make a certain project, the first Saturday of each month. On the website, it shows what craft will be done. We arrived around 915am and it was already packed with families. We were all sitting in the front of the store, like once you walk in. You check in and receive your craft kit. I didn't know what to expect and thought the class would be guided but it made sense that it wasn't since you can arrive at anytime. The kit had clear instructions and all necessary materials. Supplies were on the table such as a hammer, wood glue, paint brushes, etc. It took us about 15 - 20 minutes to finish the project, it was a great bonding experience. I would definitely come back for another cool craft. My only complaint would be is that they had us sitting on painter buckets that were upside down, not even with the lid on, so that was pretty uncomfortable!”

“Wonderful employees pretty much all the time. With all the local government allowances, 5150 transients living along the creek, tight location, heavy concentration of people in general with no room, basically.....crap they have to put up with....they handle it very well. Thanks for being there so close to our East San Jose homes HD.”

“Just visited the Home Depot in Cupertino. I couldn't find a particular item - it wasn't where the app says it would. The associate found it for me quickly, and even later did my self-checkout for me (I didn't ask - she just did it!)”

“I stopped off here on the way back home from a hike to pick up some batteries and some other stuff. They were very busy on a Saturday afternoon. I was not expecting it but the staff was super friendly and helpful...the two people who helped me find what I was looking for and the nice lady at the checkout. Well done team, keep it up!”
