“We had a great experience working with Unique Outdoor Living! We approached them months ago about wanting an outdoor cabinet with room for a 30 inch grill and cabinets underneath to store items. We were initially greeting by Rosa who was very kind and informative. She set us up with Sean, their sales representative, who worked with us on figuring out exactly what would be best. He was very patient, diligent, reliable and hard-working. Once we decided and placed our order, Alejandra stepped in and organized the team of three men who delivered it and set it up. They were very attentive to detail and extra cautious in setting up the counter and in installing the grill. It was a very positive experience all around, so I would highly recommend purchasing from this company.”
“My boyfriend bought us a new dryer. We walked in and kind of took a look around ourselves. No one really came to help us. We had to look for the sales person, but they have good stuff there. Delivery was set for next day which was great.The delivery was easy and fast. They took my old one away and I’m very thankful I have a new dryer. “3/19/26 Update on my 2nd visit within 2 weeks. Management definitely changed. There are actually staff that are willing to help and know their stuff. Robert (Rob) from gardening offered to help find an item that isn't even in his department. He knew where it was and confirmed it with another staff. WOW. Again usually there isn't anyone available to help. But now it's a whole new experience.
3/3/26 Been here over 50 times. Today the staff are more courteous and they're available. Usually had to hunt down a staff for help or wait 5+ minutes.
He offered to shake the paint can. That never happened before.

“This vendor is a life saver, they've always got exactly what I need and typically without any delay or extended lead time. Plus parts are fairly priced and the customer service is top notch as they know us regulators by name and going to the vendor is like visiting your friends when picking up replacement parts. Johnstone Supply has all the HVAC supplies to handle most situations I run into.”
