“Generally a nice location, good selection, and friendly helpful staff but they can’t seem to make keys. I had some keys made last year, they didn’t work, I went back two more times and still none of them worked. I gave up and had them made elsewhere. I didn’t think much of it until one of my coworkers today mentioned they also had similar issues getting keys made at this location.”
“Purchased a two seater cloud couch a couple years ago. The staff was attentive and great at explaining everything without pressuring us. Fast forward to this year, we were having trouble with the couch and cushions and when we stopped by to let them know, and the staff took care of us without hesitation and ordered replacement pieces for us. That’s all star service. That’s why I’m happy to pay more for product from a company that takes care of its loyal clients. They truly are the Apple of furniture.”
