“Took bid on Water heater replacement. The service rep was excellent with options and suggestions. Did not hire as I received several bids. $$$$ was the main, but I'm an HP member, shop here weekly .”

They updated a tired '80s kitchen and made it beautiful and modern.Caroline took the lead on design and after a few iterations, we got on the same page. When it finally came time for demo and construction, I got to meet Ellen and Marc. Anytime I had a question, Ellen responded with alacrity and thoroughness. Marc and the rest of the crew were great craftsmen, professional, and polite. (Marc's also got a good sense of humor. I caught Marc singing a Backstreet Boys song one day and had a good laugh with him. Ask him to sing for you.) The crew was timely in their arrivals and always left things tidy at the end of the day.That's not to say that everything in the process was smooth--there were puzzling miscommunications from time to time and minor details to fix toward the end. But, considering some horror stories I've heard from others, these small frustrations pale in comparison.”
“We had a great experience with Sincere for our kitchen cabinet purchase. Mashal did multiple design revisions based on our inputs and feedback and we finally decided on the Liberty Line with a two color scheme. The cabinets came quickly and you can tell they are solidly constructed. There were a few minor damages occured during shipment and were promptly addressed by Mashal and his manager. Overall excellent customer experience, especially post-sales (after they already got your money), which speaks volumes about this business.”
“My boyfriend bought us a new dryer. We walked in and kind of took a look around ourselves. No one really came to help us. We had to look for the sales person, but they have good stuff there. Delivery was set for next day which was great.The delivery was easy and fast. They took my old one away and I’m very thankful I have a new dryer. We bought an LG 1 year warranty at a very good price.”

“I went to University Electric on Martin Ave, San Jose with my wife to buy a dishwasher. I was going to leave and then we met with their salesperson Adam Heintz, who was able to explain how the Miele 7196 worked. When we tried it by ourselves we didn't understand it fully, but after Adam explained it and that it was a simple interface we were confident enough to buy it. Without his help we wouldn't have bought it and now that we have it we are very happy as it is an amazing machine. They have the best stuff in that store but also the best sales professionals.”

“I was greeted by an older gentleman by the name of Bob. He asked me what I was coming in for and he walked me through exactly what I needed and options on how to do it. Meeting Bob was the highlight of my week , not only day. He was so nice and genuine, you could tell that helping other people brings joy to Bob and being helped by Bob has brought joy to my life. God bless him, the store is good at keeping items in stock and the other employees always seem happy as well. Hopefully this review pays off and others visit thanks to how Bob helped me. Bob in lumber is the man!”
“The staff here are really helpful and attentive. Sharon gave us a warm welcome at the store and was very helpful in providing us more information for other appliances and products we were looking for in the other Ferguson locations within the Bay Area. Dominic was able to answer all our queries about our interested products and catered to our special requests. We had a nice customer experience thanks to both of themWe were primarily looking for kitchen appliances. The store has a good blend of mid range to premium products as well as an online catalog to choose from in kitchen appliances. After a lot of search we found the cooking range for our home over here.”
“My visit to purchase an evaporative cooler for my room was very pleasant. I stopped twice to get aile directions from employees, and they both paused what they were doing to help me out. In addition, the items that I found online were indeed in stock.
To top it all off, when I went to the register to pay, I was about to approach the returns counter to check out but turned to head the other way. One of the cashiers asked me if I she could help ring me up at one of the returns' counters. ?”

“Today I discovered that the best time to make returns is early in the morning, but the parking lot is very crowded with trucks. The staff is always friendly, except for the cashier who overcharged me today. She was not very humorous and looked unhappy. Apart from that, I have never had any issues here. I often visit and browse, but rarely buy anything. I once got a Christmas tree from the floor for only $20 and it was nice. This is a typical HD store, busy in the morning with people getting their supplies for the day.”
