“It was definitely a fuel distribution issue, I was betting on lines or pump. K&S has a policy as of 10/2023 of 120 to diagnose a no-start problem. Fuel line issues are particularly problematic and take a long time to verify, but they honored their policy and did a great job replacing the fuel pump. Will be back for PM soon.”

“I stopped by without an appointment because I had pulled out one side of my front bumper while backing out my car. Chris greeted me warmly - and even though he doesn't take people without appointments - he was very friendly and immediately came outside to take a look at my car. In less than 3 minutes he had pushed the bumper back in. I am very well aware this is not a permanent solution but I had requested him to just push it back in and he did that without any fuss. When asked what I owe him he said nothing.I highly recommend 101 Collision Center if you are looking for friendly and fast service. The Great Auto Paint was the 1st body shop that responded to my request, and gave me about $1,400 estimate. Also, I only needed to leave my car was for 2 days, so the impact on my business was small. Today I picked up my car, and their work was beautiful. I'm so happy that I could find this shop. I strongly recommend this shop to my friends.”

“I was referred to John after my 2013 SL550 was serviced by Mercedes Exclusively which is next door. I had some bumper work that needed to be done as there was PPF damage when it was removed and it took off some of the paint, not at all related to Santa Clara Autocare. I had tried to fix it myself and put a rubber bumper guard over it, but it never really looks OEM and it bothered me. I had received quotes in the past, but it was only for a new bumper and it was over $2,000! I was so happy to have met John who was honest, upfront, and timely! They removed the rubber bumper guard, sanded down the affected areas and then resprayed the paint to perfectly match the existing color, they are truly paint experts. The car look better than when i purchased it CPO and so happy with the way it turned out. I would recommend John and his team for any body work that needs to be done as they are great and well priced. THANK YOU SANTA CLARA AUTOCARE!”

“I brought my 2022 Tesla Model Y after a hit-and-run 2 days before Christmas and worked with Sonny. Sonny was very professional, courteous, and willing to help with the damage I sustained. I was able to get an estimate and make an appointment to drop off the car. They even helped with providing all the necessary paperwork to my insurance company(which was also Tesla) since they are a Certified Tesla body shop. I was told it would take up to 4 weeks for repair but actually took about week. They were really fast and Sonny kept me in the loop of the progress. “My car was dinged in a parking lot by an unknown driver. Damage was to lower left rear bumper. Mostly superficial but one spot requiring body work. First body shop wanted to replace entire bumper at substantial cost. Took it Hong Auto Body (whom I had used in 2013) and got a very reasonable estimate for repair if no insurance company was involved. Since the damage was less than my deductible this was not a problem. The repair was made and the bumper looks perfect - not a hint of the prior damage. The shop also painted a small ding on the rear bumper which was not part of the damage or estimate given at no additional charge. The shop is a little off-putting from an esthetic stsnd point but they do good work for a fair price and get it done when they say they will.”

One shop said $$$, another said they needed to remove back windshield glass . F &S Auto body said back up to garage door and we will Install the bar. It took only five minutes. I offer a sum of money and employee only took half . I pointed out I need some front bumper work and Same employee said sure bring the car back when You have time . Employees are courtesy , knowledgeable and motivated . I will post another review for the work in the coming days . I recommend and will continue coming to F&S for future Autobody repairs,”
