I own an exotic car. A huge metal pipe fell on my it and dented it. I called Paul’s auto body and they answered the phone right away and gave me a quote through text (on a Saturday). I dropped it off maybe 30 minutes after the damage happened and he had it completely fixed by the next business day. I will definitely come back. They were trustworthy and gave me a really good price. The quality of work is definitely there.”

“I’m really happy with how my car turned out after the new paint job. I had the work done at Maaco (M2975) on Phelan Ave in San Jose, and they did a fantastic job. They fixed a few minor dents and gave my 2010 Toyota RAV4 a fresh, shiny new look.

Vince, the General Manager, was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. The whole experience was smooth, and the results exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this location for quality paint and body work.”

“I can’t say enough good things about David’s Autoworks & Auto Body.

My car was stolen and later recovered, then towed near David’s shop. When I got it back, it wasn’t running due to a damaged ignition cylinder. I called David during a holiday while the shop was closed, and he still answered the phone. He told me to push the car in front of his shop and drop off the keys.

The next day he called and explained that the ignition cylinder needed to be rekeyed by a locksmith. I picked up the car the following day and was charged exactly what the locksmith charged him—$550. David didn’t add a single dollar for his own labor or time. When I offered to pay him for coordinating everything, he refused.

As I was leaving, he noticed one of my tail lights was out and had his guy replace it on the spot. Again, he refused payment.

This level of honesty, kindness, and integrity is rare. David genuinely cares about helping people, especially in stressful situations. If you’re looking for an auto shop you can truly trust, this is it.”

“Myself and my family have gone to Finish Line Collision a handful of times over the years and will continue to do so in the future if needed. Juan and Miguel were so helpful and communicative during the process. They also helped me save money where I could while maintaining the integrity of the service. They don't rush but they get the job done on time and it's done well. This last service was for my 2024 Mazda cx30 that got t-boned on the drivers side. They had to fix the body and paint. I was really worried they wouldn't be able to fix it all but they did and in the finished product you could not tell there had been an accident. I also just really love how personable and profession Juan and Miguel are, they are great to work with. They really made the experience stress free because I trusted that they would giving their best work. I highly recommend their services!”

“I was recently in a minor accident and needed body repairs for my car. When my claims adjuster asked if I had a preferred repair shop, I knew exactly where I wanted to go - B &S Hacienda - San Jose Mabury. I had been to that shop once several years ago and was impressed by their passion, knowledge, work quality, professionalism, and flawless finished product. I was hoping for a repeat experience, and once again, they delivered.
When I called to schedule an estimate, Bryan was courteous, patient and helpful in explaining the process. Juan--now the owner and someone with a true passion for cars--walked me through each step: submitting and negotiating the estimate with the insurance company, dismantling the damaged area to assess both visible and hidden issues, ordering parts, performing a full safety check, and completing the wheel alignment.
Another major plus is their partnership with Enterprise Car Rental. When I dropped off my car, Enterprise picked me up directly from B & S Hacienda - San Jose Mabury and took me to their office to get my rental. When my repairs were complete, Juan arranged for Enterprise to pick up the rental from his shop, saving me time time and hassle. I was genuinely grateful for that convenience.
The final results were outstanding. My car was buffed to blend the repaired area seamlessly with the rest of the paint, waxed to a beautiful shine, and the windows were cleaned inside and out. They cleaned my floor mats, restored my old headlights back to clear plastic, and dressed the wheels and tires. My car has never looked better.
Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. If I ever need work again, I will absolutely return to B & S Hacienda - San Jose Mabury.”

“I really love Acura Honda Connection - my partner & I used to take our old blue Honda Fit here. These guys are knowledgeable, kind, honest, and friendly - and if you're clueless about cars like me, they'll give you solid advice so you don't get over-charged. And they're so professional, they educate you without talking down to you or making you feel stupid. They even provided a loaner car for us when they worked on our bumper last year!

The only thing is... I'm very sad they don't do body work anymore!!! I took my Civic today for help on my front bumper spoiler lip, and was devastated to hear the news that they've transitioned out of that line of work in the last couple months to focus solely on auto repair/tune ups/maintenance/brakes/muffler/exhaust stuff like that. I completely understand why - working with insurance companies and parts acquisition and limited space in the shop can create an unruly beast for the owners to wrestle with. I respect that - the owners should do what's best for the shop and the team after all.

I also appreciate the guys taking time to chat with me and assess my issue anyway to give me some advice on what to do next. Like I said, the team here always does their best to equip you with knowledge to get your car in tip-top shape. Joey pointed me to a guy he trusts to do good work, levelled with me about price, and then before I left he even got on the ground and cut off the lingering, shredded remnants of my spoiler-lip so it stopped scraping against my wheels and getting caught in the wheel well. That small act enables me to actually drive my car around for a day while I find a new body shop! He didn't need to do that, but he did out of the kindness of his heart, and that's the kind of thoughtfulness I'm looking for in an auto shop - people who give you peace of mind and get you to keep moving through a stressful situation.

How could I ever find that level of trust and attention to detail in another shop!? Anyway, thanks for all the great advice and work the past couple years, guys.

Ariadna was an excellent communicator throughout the whole time my vehicle was with Caliber, providing photos and documents of the whole process and being easy to reach and talk to by phone. The body work done to my van was pristine - you would never know it had been damaged, it was truly expert-level work. I also had a few issues after I picked up my car when the repairs were done, but Javier took care of them in about 20 minutes the very next business day. “Fixall has amazing and honest staff! They worked very hard to match my paint color. My car has a one of a kind custom paint job from the factory so you won't be able to call the dealership or see a paint code on the sticker. It comprises of a black base that has color metallic shifts of purple, green and gold. After working with the painter mixing so many test cards to see what would match best we came to an agreement of which we thought was the best one. Simply using their fancy computer to figure out the paint to match was not enough. Glad they were transparent with their findings and made sure I was happy with the end result.”
