“100% would recommend this place without any hesitation. Everyone was professional and provided great customer service. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. The receptionist provided me with available time-slot to choose from - which I really appreciate cause it shows they care about your time as well. I showed up and they gave me an estimate and walked me through my insurance policy and how it would work. They called back again to confirm a good drop off time for my car and told me they would work with the rental car place to sync up my pickup time. When I dropped off my car, they broke down the process again for me and told me the repair would take 5-7 business days and within minutes enterprise came to pick me up and shuttled me to their office for my rental car. They will call you again to give you an update on your car and the status. I picked up my car and was able to drop off my rental car at their place as well. Smoothest transition ever! No hassle whatsoever! I didn't have to worry about getting an Uber or a shuttle. Alright alright, you probably want to know about the quality of the repair right? Well it was fantastic! My car is 10 years old and I kept her well maintained. It hurts to see dents and scratches on my car. I was really worried that the color would be off since they had to replace the fender and door, but nope! They made her look brand new and the color looks uniform across the car. Big shout out to SERGIO and his team!”

“Ken is a legend. A god among men. My Rivian got whammed, bammed, thank you maamed without the courtesy of the other person's name or insurance policy. I had an already scheduled service for something else and this needed to be fixed first. If I'd had to push that appointment back I would have needed to wait months. This hero spent all weekend tippity-tapping my baby's derrier for me so that it would be fixed in time and I wouldn't have to reschedule everything else again. And now look at it. Dent? What dent? Don't know what you're talking about a dent. Nothing to see here. Just looks like fresh, unblemished steel to me.If your baby has a booboo bring it to Ken. He will make it all better.P.S. “My wife and I have a 2006 Scion XA that had some damage from a collision. The insurance company determined that fixing the damage would cost more than the $5K that the car was determined to be worth. My wife and I wanted to keep the car since we have maintained it well, so the insurance company sent us a check for the value of the car minus the salvage value. We found one body shop that was willing to fix the car for roughly $5K. Then we found San Carlos Auto Body & Repair. I asked to fix the car well enough so that it was completely operable and would pass a DMV inspection for registering salvaged car. They were able to do a great job fixing everything well enough for around $600 very quickly. We were so pleased with the results and service that I highly recommend San Carlos Auto Body & Repair.”

Tbh I was skeptical about going to a body shop I wasn't familiar with but I was pleasantly surprised. I was a little bit early for my 3 PM appointment But it was empty when I walked in so I was immediately greeted by the woman at the front desk and shortly there after I met with Hung (Operations mngr) who was there one to inspect the damage on my vehicle. Hung was really friendly and very thorough. He made sure I understood everything I needed to know about the claim and explained what I didn't. Everything was really smooth and efficient. He made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely go back and I would absolutely recommend this shop for your auto body needs!”

This is a satellite office they actually don't do the repairs at this facility they have a big autobody repair facility in Santa Clara on Reed St. where repairs are performed. But the Almaden office can do estimates and drop offs for repairs can be done there. They coordinate getting the vehicle to the repair shop and back when the repairs are completed. Dan was the individual that I worked with. Great communicator and work was performed professionally and in a timely manner.Quality all the way!”

“I have had such a wonderful experience at this shop not only with the work that was done on my car (front end/paint) But the outstanding customer service, feels more like being treated as part of the family.I have had quite the year with my car it's a 2001 Benz so parts are very difficult to find and owning one is also expensive (but worth it), and being as things are expensive in general just living. I was suggested Ed's Scientific by my boyfriend and I was very nervous as my car is like my baby (literally), but I also trusted him in the decision. Since I've had her I've never seen her look so good he also went out of his way and painted on areas that needed small touch-ups and waxed and cleaned her before I came to pick Silvie up.Amazingly honest, caring, experienced, hardworking, dedicated shop!! The folks at this business repaired my separating right front bumper by ordering a bracket that broke when I bumped into a cement parking space stopper.
