“Love the baby gap jeans with those soft, elastic waistbands—they're definitely the most comfortable jeans for little kids that I've found. The only register open was in the main section of the store; I wish they'd included some signage on the baby section register explaining where to go to check out, I wasted time hovering around, looking for a staff person to help me there before I thought to check the adjacent areas.”

“Howard's Shows is the best! I took my 2 year old in to have his feet measured. He started crying immediately, but the wonderful clerk was very sweet to him and calmed him down quickly. She was very knowledgeable and made sure the shoes were a proper fit. The store is very, very clean and extremely well stocked. I was impressed. All the employees working were professional and welcoming. The prices were extremely reasonable for great shoes with a professional fitting. “I've been coming here awhile and think it's probably the best Lacoste store in the area. Well, there aren't that many to begin with, and most of them are outlets, but this is a good one. Store is clean and staff is friendly and informative. Size is a bit on the smaller size and the new location in the Great Mall is much larger, but this one has better service by a mile. Lacoste is one of the better clothing brands according to me, so I really enjoy their product. Great location.”

“I needed to get a last minute shirt that showed available at this location. This Old Navy is larger than Great Mall and Valley Fairs' location. It's organized, clean and more stocked than the other 2 locations. There were a few employees on floor to help and the cashier line moved quickly. They have their own entrance as well as a mall entrance. Note: Seem to get better deals online versus in store and they don't price match their own website even though it's the same item.”

“Great clothing that is well made and inexpensive. The only problem with stores in the US, is how small the retail space is compared to those in Asia. Staff are also a little less courteous and knowledgeable than in other countries. Otherwise great clothing that fits well and is well put together.”

“Unfortunate that the malls closed. I love this store. I visited during the time the mall was open & amazing! They continously cleaned between customers & were all wearing gloves and masks. Aside from requirement I never heard an employee complain! There customer service is great. Truly saddening to see the low reviews this place gets. The quality of clothes is amazing! To find such cheap clothes for five kids is always a blessing. The kind young women helped me so much! Even offered fashion advice to my oldest (12 years old)! Overall, my experience was great and I'm so excited to continue shopping here. Expecting my sixth in October! There newborn sections so cute.”

“I love their clothes, shoes and sandals. I have usually shopped online but this time I went to the shop and did shopping. Since it was the weekend there was too much rush and line for everything, whether you buy and try to pay or even to try out the clothes in their changing space there was a huge line. I love their styles. If you want to try to visit during the week, I hope it's less crowded. Customer service is great and staff is there to help if you need. The only issue was when people couldn't figure out between the purchase line and return line, people would stand in the line after purchasing but they are standing in the return line and when they come to know it's the wrong one then they have to go to purchase line which is again long and they have to go back all the way again and wait for their turn, so that's very painful for customers.”
