“I was working in Campbell and originally had a hotel booked near San Jose that didn't work out, so I ended up staying here instead. I'm glad I did! The location is excellent—right off the freeway (but surprisingly quiet), just minutes from Downtown Los Gatos, and only about 25 minutes from the coast. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spotless with excellent water pressure, which is always a plus. Breakfast was a nice bonus, and the waffles were so good! I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm working in the area.”

“I was so lucky to stay at Hotel Los Gatos 3 different times for work. They were booked full my 4th trip so I know when I say they are the best in town. The rooms are so cozy and cool. Not like a boring stuffy hotel. The location is perfect. Close and walkable to tons of food but just far enough off main street to be quieter. The staff was always happy to listen and help and even let me request my favorite room when it was available. The morning food is just enough if you are on the run and the restaurant serves excellent dinner, although it will be a fancier option. The spa was 5-star and I always appreciate when it is in house. I would stay here for any form of travel. I did find that the hot water was more reliable in the front house building than the rear building but most people are happier with water that is not scalding hot. The floors are not carpet so I know they were clean but the cleaner for the tiles did make me want to keep socks on more often. Even with those minimal comments, everything was clean and comfortable. It's a soft bed with options on pillow firmness. The towels were perfect and all the toiletries were great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I wish more hotels were like this. Thank you for the home away from home!”

I booked this hotel for a very special occasion in a town I hadn't been back to since 1989. This hotel and the staff made the trip ao perfect and I can't wait to stay here again”
