“I stayed there in Oct 2023. Leaving review only in 2026, May as I still have not tasted better coffee than we had for breakfast at this hotel. I've spent three years trying to brew or find coffee out of a filter coffee maker to replicate the taste and still my search continues to this day.
The facilities are well maintained and rooms spacious. Parking was great. European travelers will appreciate the euro style outlets that won't need an adaptor for chargers etc.”

“Beware! There are airplanes flying above your head from 6:30 in the morning till 10pm. But if that is ok with your sleeping arangement the hotel is awesome, free parking on the street, decent breakfast with ready to order eggs, no bacon though. It is not a Stella hotel but certainly better than the average in the area. Ac in the night is reasonably quiet, thought certainly hearable and cannot be turned off. Kitchenette in the roam reasonably equipped.”

“Can’t recommend this place enough! I stayed for a few weeks for work. This stay exceeded my expectations!
The staff were extremely friendly, and the housekeepers made sure to clean my room every few days (even if I insisted on not needing it). There’s a laundry facility on site that is $4 total for a wash and dry.
The rooms are a bit dated, but on the plus side the build quality of everything is solid. I rarely heard anyone else through the walls, felt like I was the only one there even with rather full parking lots. Really can’t beat it for the price, I’ll be sure to stay again!”

“It is a good option for the price range in that area. Location is good. Still I can’t understand they serve breakfast with plastic cutlery. Please add a dish washer and serve with silverware. The amount of plastic going to the landfill is enormous every day. Please don’t serve breakfast with plastic forks, knives and spoon anymore. That’s the reason I don’t give 5 stars.”
“Very nice place to stay. Rooms nice, but needs new carpet... or better yet, linoleum. Free cheap breakfast review... hard no thank you. Runny tasteless scrambled eggs, bacon was actually fat... laying in liquid fat, asked for a bagel (which they had the day before) and was told we could only have one for our family. Bought breakfast out after that.”

“SF 49ers fan from out of town, looking for a hotel close to Levis Stadium. This was everything we needed. Short walk to the ground (20 mins tops). Clean and comfortable rooms. Onsite parking for $15 per night (not on their website FYI). Bar stayed open late after the game so was good for a night cap after the win!! Would stay here again for another game.”
“Beautifully renovated! Now called the WAFER 450LOVE the kerig coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the Room! Gentle REMINDER, if you stay more than one night make sure you tell the front desk that you want room service if you want your room cleaned the next day. Unfortunately we didn't do that and when we returned from a day up in San Francisco late night we didn't have any fresh towels. When I mentioned that to the owner in the morning he apologized and said he should have asked us. Also told me that I could have called him from the phone up by the check-in. But absolutely did not want to bother him.I know I look at all reviews before I book and this one is a GREAT ONE!Rooms: Beautiful, but the mattress was definitely not firmNearby activities: Lots of stores and restaurants in the areaSafety: Quite and felt safe at all times! The extra effort the staff takes to insure their guests are taken care of is above and beyond!

“Nice facilities. And for what I understand a good location for sports fans. Everything was clean, but I got annoyed with the housekeeping who managed to toss something that wasn't trash along with the receipt that I needed (costing me $), and the same thing happened to another guest in my party. Yet they somehow overlooked restocking the coffee my entire visit. The restaurant was top notch with a good value relative to the area, and a limited menu that they do very well. The wait staff took very good care of me.”

“I stayed at Sonesta Simply Suites during my summer internship, and greatly enjoyed my experience. Israel was very informative and accommodating with the booking process, even hosting events just for the interns, and the front desk was always helpful as well. Rooms are cleaned once a week and the kitchen is well-equipped with appliances and cooking supplies, and the hotel is located right next to the Caltrain station and SCU. Even with a room facing the station it wasn’t too loud, and there is a gym and laundry on-site. Would highly recommend for long-term hotel stays!”

“I just want to mention my disappointment from this place.
I am traveling once a week to the area and stay every Tuesday in a CC hotel on El Camino Real (SCL). I book the hotels using Hotels.com.
I never have issues to cancel my reservation even without buying protection. Today, I had to cancel my stay, but they refused to void the charge. Hotels.com tried to help with no success.
So the in rooms in this place are almost the same as Motel 6. The price is higher, breakfast is not good at all, I think that I will skip this hotel in the in future. The is a few as bad hotels near by for less :(”

“The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the freshly made full breakfast was a great way to start each day.
Beyond the amenities, though, what truly set this motel apart was its staff. Our stay turned into an unexpectedly extended one after my father suffered a femur fracture and needed surgery during our trip. I can't thank the team enough for how they handled the situation — from the front desk to guest services to the manager, everyone went out of their way to help us extend our reservation on short notice so we could stay nearby and manage his care without the added stress of finding new accommodations.
The staff were patient, compassionate, and incredibly efficient. They adjusted our booking quickly, checked in on us throughout our extended stay, and made sure we had everything we needed during a genuinely difficult time. It's easy for a place to be pleasant when everything's going smoothly, but this team showed their true character when we needed real help.
We're so grateful for their flexibility and kindness — it made a stressful situation so much more manageable. Highly recommend this motel, not just for the clean rooms and great breakfast, but for a team that genuinely cares about their guests.”
