“We sincerely thank the Mgr Dimel for assisting us with our reservation. Some how I made a duplicate reservation by error and only needed one of them. I'm here in twn for surgery and he was very gracious about our circumstances. Hotel was near our Hospital. The rm is very nice and clean. Couldn't be happier.”

“Excellent quality/price solution for visiting Silicon Valley. Upon entering the hall is simple, small and a little dated, on the contrary the rest of the structure seems recently renovated. The rooms are very large with classic furnishings. Ours (Deluxe) had a separate room for the bathroom, refreshment area and built-in wardrobe. Everything was spotlessly clean and cared for with details that I hadn't seen for years even in more luxurious hotels. Breakfast is varied both in terms of sweet (various types of brioches) and savory choices (American breakfast but also oriental food). American coffee only (I would consider a machine with more options). Free and covered parking. Friendly and flexible staff.”

“This is a nice hotel in the center of Santa Clara. It is nothing spectacular, but it provides a cozy atmosphere, clean room and bathroom, and fairly comfortable bed and pillows. The housekeeping is good. The water pressure for shower could have been better, but I understand they might have done it to conserve water. They served breakfast in the lobby area, but I didn't try it. The hotel is nothing fancy but modern and pretty convenient for people who are staying for business. Overall, if you are a business traveler, I recommend staying at AC Hotel.”

“ROOM - 10 out of 10

SAFETY (for a single woman) - 8 out of 10

THE ROOM ITSELF :
Adore mine which was NOT carpeted (yippee), had a huge closet with hangers and full length mirror, even a stand to open for your luggage, and a good sized fridge, TV, Wi-Fi....

EXTREMELY CLEAN !!!

I had forgotten my bed bug spray and was horrified, but this place had me relieved...

HIGH END :
The hardwood floors, bed RAISED off floor with metal posts, beautiful white sheets, towels folded to look like flowers, nice dispensers in bathtub area filled with soap and shampoo / conditioner, a blow dryer . . and they even offer razors among other necessities free if you need.

THE BEDS :
As noted raised off the floor.

Beautiful white linens.

No bed bugs (my greatest nightmare sleeping in hotels).... In fact for the first time ever when I returned to my home the very next night I was actually wishing I was back in this Best Western's bed!!! They're so incredibly soft, SHEETS are spotless and fresh smelling, PILLOWS sooo soft and luscious...

HEATING // AIR CONDITIONING:
Excellent and quick.

GYM : Woooe very nice.

POOL : Looks fantastic but unheated, and was closed when I visited DEC 2025 due to broken filter. . they said could take another month or two.

THE VIEW :
Sadly mine was of the gym, 3 feet away. . . I recommend asking for a room with a view if you want one.

PARKING LOT :
Huge and you can park right next to your front door for most rooms.

FREE BREAKFAST :
I didn't try because I was capitalizing on their sleep-in feature where you don't have to be out until 11 am ... With those beautiful beds I slept to 10 am as my Christmas break!!!!!

REASON FOR SAFETY SCORE :
For some reason for years now whenever I go to hotels with doors open to the outside, men start circling like I'm an available woman -- not the fact that I'm simply visiting my mom. . This has always upset me, and so I chose this place which appeared to be in a very nice area. But once again some other guys living in the complex immeduately started circling my door talking about me. They eventually disappeared. Next time I'll tell management and leave a note here on how it's handled.

That aside --

What a beautiful place !

The only thing I avoided was the couch-chair in my room; everything was so spotless except for that so wasn't sure about it ...

Am I coming back?

Yup!! Those beautiful beds and room call for a return test!!! But going to ask for a view ...”

“Where I stayed for a business trip.Breakfast, wifi, gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue grill near the pool, eating in room, ChromecastIt was nice that they provided breakfast, but most of the menus were the same so I didn't get bored easily.I got a little cold from flying, and I couldn't use the swimming pool because I didn't have time.Close to Safeway, great for cooking.Wifi is unstable and there is no password, so you need to be careful about security. There are many cases where the room key is not available, and in such cases, a visit to the reception is required.Room cleaning is done every two days starting from the third day.Rooms: Ample closet, free Wi-Fi, Chromecast, desk clock with USB port,Cooking utensils, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, induction,Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, sea shower gel, iron, ironing boardNearby activities: Groceries available at Safeway.A walk in the park.Eat at a nearby restaurant.Food & drinks: There are restaurants that offer takeout, such as Chipotle, Chinese Restaurant, and Poke.Breakfast is typical American style.”

“Motel near a bus stop and also restaurants, Target supermarket and coffee shops. The rooms are adequate, large and clean, with a double bed, two bedside tables, fridge, microwave, desk table and TV. The toilets are also wide, have a shower and a large sink.I arrived early in the morning, and the girl at the reception told me that from 12 I could check in. When I came back at 12, the girl at the front desk told me that if I wanted to do an early check in I had to pay 20 dollars, or wait until 2pm for it to be free.”

“SF 49ers fan from out of town, looking for a hotel close to Levis Stadium. This was everything we needed. Short walk to the ground (20 mins tops). Clean and comfortable rooms. Onsite parking for $15 per night (not on their website FYI). Bar stayed open late after the game so was good for a night cap after the win!! Would stay here again for another game.”

“Top Notch Hotel!

As a Globalist they really took care of my family and I. Suite upgrade, amazing view of Stadium.

The extra effort the staff takes to insure their guests are taken care of is above and beyond!

Breakfast was wondering. Pool, BIG hot tub, great bar.

We truly appreciate the hospitality and we will be back soon!!”

“Beautifully renovated! Now called the WAFER 450LOVE the kerig coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the Room! Gentle REMINDER, if you stay more than one night make sure you tell the front desk that you want room service if you want your room cleaned the next day. Unfortunately we didn't do that and when we returned from a day up in San Francisco late night we didn't have any fresh towels. When I mentioned that to the owner in the morning he apologized and said he should have asked us. Also told me that I could have called him from the phone up by the check-in. But absolutely did not want to bother him.I know I look at all reviews before I book and this one is a GREAT ONE!Rooms: Beautiful, but the mattress was definitely not firmNearby activities: Lots of stores and restaurants in the areaSafety: Quite and felt safe at all times! Lite up well at night”

“Me and my boyfriend have been staying here since March, and with COVID - 19 going around, along with the stay in shelter in place and having to stay an extensive period of time, the staff has been wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms are nice, but unfortunately some of the channels don't come in that well, and there's not too many stations to watch, which is the only down side. A plus though, there is a washer and dryer on site so you can wash your clothes, and it is cheaper than the laundromats in the area. I would recommend Bella Vista Inn to my friends and family.”

“Nice facilities. And for what I understand a good location for sports fans. Everything was clean, but I got annoyed with the housekeeping who managed to toss something that wasn't trash along with the receipt that I needed (costing me $), and the same thing happened to another guest in my party. Yet they somehow overlooked restocking the coffee my entire visit. The restaurant was top notch with a good value relative to the area, and a limited menu that they do very well. The wait staff took very good care of me.”

“We were here to coach a tournament from out of town and this hotel was right next to the the fields at Santa Clara College. We walked to the fields!
The kitchenette was cute, lots of desk space, fridge was roomy, bathroom had good space, and the coffee maker was very handy. I liked that they added the instructions on using the bathtub water. Heater was warm and quick.
Only downside is that the technology in the room is old school so there are no USB charging plug-ins, only outlets and only cable TV as far as we saw, but we didn't need anything more.”

“I would stay here again, it's very affordable, central to our reasons for visiting.I felt safe here, the parking is courtyard style, giving it more security than an open parking lot.The Good-Front desk associate is very friendly and fast.-Lots of parking with adequate sized spaces-Breakfast is an actual breakfast, waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, yogurt and a variety of cereals with good coffee. Dining room attendant is on site, keeping the dining room clean and stocked. Plenty of spaced out tables and chairs.-The bed was comfortable with clean linens. Did an extensive bug check and there were none.-Fridge works, TV works, didn't try the microwave.-There is shampoo and conditioner readily available, along with lotion in wall mounted dispensers.-The room is roomy, not cramped. The Neutral-Its an older property with older very worn, some in need of replacement furnishings, the standing lamp is ONLY standing because of the corner it's in holds it up.The bad-There are patches everywhere, wallpaper, drywall, cracks in the ceiling. What looks like fairly serious water damage in areas.-We stayed in 108 and it could benefit from a deep cleaning, the carpet is sticky in front of the sink (thankfully, we always wear flipflops on hotel floors), there is dust in every single nook and cranny, on top of the headboard, the kind that turns into compacted filth over time, it has long passed compacted filth in a few areas, so the maids are doing a super fast run through, this is on management, its not something that goes unnoticed.”
