“I had an amazing stay at this Marriott! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the cozy atmosphere in the lobby. Can't wait to come back!”
“I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn Airport San Jose. The location is perfect, especially if you need easy access to different parts of San Jose and the surrounding area. I also appreciated the sense of safety throughout the property, which made the stay feel comfortable and relaxed.
The rooms are large, clean, and well-designed, with plenty of space to settle in. Whether you are traveling for business, family, or an extended stay, the setup is very convenient.
The highlight of the experience was the front desk team. Enrique and Jennifer were absolutely phenomenal. They were professional, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. Their customer service made a great stay even better.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the San Jose area.”

“Fantastic stay at this resort, quiet and far away but still close to everything down the street. The room is ample for one person or couple even a third, the amenities are great and the property is big. The big surprise was how large the breakfast spread was and it was included in your hotel stay. Will definitely come again next year when I visit the bay. Also parking is abundant and included!”
“Close to where I wanted to be at an affordable price. Close to Santa Clara University and the San Jose Airport. Room was clean and comfortable. All I needed for a simple overnight stay.”

“This place is so magical! We have stayed a few times now and we cant wait to go back again. This place is also very clean and has one of the best pools I've seen at a hotel.”
“I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property was modern, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests.
The location is convenient for both business and leisure travelers, with easy access to major roads, restaurants, and nearby attractions. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, comfortable bedding, and overall attention to detail throughout the property. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and efficient. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Silicon Valley area.”

“Good location! Central for our needs and access to multiple thoroughfares in the greater San Jose area. Restaurants within walking distance if needed. Staff was helpful for parking and navigating the area. You will need to ring the buzzer after 10PM when checking in and parking is in the parking garage behind the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and hot, and there was an omelet station! Would visit again. There is a bar in the hotel but it was closed for the holiday. Bathroom was clean. Guestroom had a moderate smell - found it was a scent plug-in left from a previous guest left in the wall. After we unplugged, the smell was not an issue.”
“This is a great little Best Western property. Wonderful staff, and a fantastic hot breakfast are highlights. The rooms are nicely appointed with microwave, mini fridge, and large TVs. The beds are very firm, more than I'm used to, and I had trouble sleeping on them. The location is super convenient: 10 minute bus ride to downtown SJ on the 22 (which comes every 15 minutes) and walking distance from the Santa Clara caltrain station. I also enjoyed walking to Voyager coffee and the other restaurants down the street.”

“After another company flaked on me, I needed a second opinion and decided to try them out. They actually answered the phone right away, which was a relief. Set up an appointment and they came through without any hassle. Got the job done well and everything was finished on time. Nice to see some solid follow-through around here in San Jose when others didn’t deliver. No complaints at all from my end.”

“Stayed here during the Niners game and had a great experience. Check in was easy, and I got a room before check in time, which was awesome since I got to relax before the game. My favorite amenities were the free breakfast and fitness center. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious!”

“Great location close to shopping, restaurants and about a 5 minute drive to the Winchester house. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Keys are not provided - instead it is a passcode sent to your email. Worked fine for us. They have a small snack area where you can get water and other goodies. Parking is tight, under the hotel, but there was plenty of spots when we went.”
“My stay at Best Western Lanai Garden Inn & Suites in San Jose was a comfortable and convenient experience. The hotel is located along Tully Road, making it easy to reach different parts of the city and nearby attractions. The overall atmosphere felt quiet and relaxed, which made it a good place to rest after a long day.
The room was clean and spacious, with useful amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and free Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything needed for a simple and pleasant stay. One thing I appreciated was the complimentary breakfast in the morning, which included items like waffles, pastries, and coffee.
The hotel also has an outdoor swimming pool and a small business center, which adds convenience for both leisure and business travelers.
Overall, Best Western Lanai Garden Inn & Suites offers a solid and affordable stay in San Jose. With friendly service, comfortable rooms, and helpful amenities, it’s a reliable option for travelers visiting the Silicon Valley area.”
“We stayed in a Specialty One Bedroom Two Queen Suite. The location is very good and close to many business parks and within short driving distance to restaurants and stores. It felt pretty safe. In one direction there are nicer business parks but in the other direction there are some slightly questionable areas.
The suite is spacious. It has a large mirror and coat hooks in the living room close to the main door. They have Google Chromecast available for streaming. It's fairly simple to set up but awkward when trying to pause a show or surf YouTube. Glad they have this option for streaming, though! There are lots of drawers and hangers for putting clothes away. The beds are comfortable and there's a full kitchen with a spacious bar where you can charge devices, eat, work, store items, etc.
The cons are that parking is expensive at $25.50/night ($24 plus $1.50 service charge). The lighting in the bedroom is very dim at the end of the room. I kept items in the dresser and on the vanity countertop and had to struggle to see when grabbing them or putting them away. There's no mirror in the bedroom so you always have to go to the living room or bathroom to do makeup, etc. The bathroom has limited counter space and no drawers or shelves. The shower doesn't have enough room to store items either, but I used the bigger plastic tray from the bathroom sink and put it on top of the metal towel rack in the shower to make a place for my toiletries and this worked well. The dishwasher is nice to have but very loud. We only had one TV remote even though the suite has two TVs (we could have requested the second one, but decided not to hassle with it). I couldn't set up our Fire TV stick in the living room because I didn't have a cord long enough to connect it to the back of the TV and to the power (i.e., the outlet is on the opposite side of the TV). The hotel is on the light rail line so you occasionally hear dinging, but it's not too bad.
Overall, the customer service is great at this hotel and the suite met our needs. The hotel room rate is very reasonable, too. We recommend this place.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Place San Jose. The experience was enhanced by the exceptional customer service, especially from Cecilia at the front desk. She was an absolute gem—incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. We hope she is recognized by management for providing such a wonderful first and lasting impression!”
“We had an excellent stay at this hotel in San Jose! The service was outstanding, and the staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The free parking was a huge bonus and made our stay even more convenient.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options each morning. One of the best parts of this hotel is the location. Across the street, there are so many restaurants, shops, and places to explore, which made everything very easy and enjoyable.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We truly appreciated how convenient everything was and how friendly the staff were throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting San Jose — we would definitely stay here again!”

“I LOVE the Hot Tub!! The Pool is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING as well. Even Solo, I put on music, placed provided towels under my head and kicked back as I watch the stars... Perfect!”
“The hotel is pretty new, very clean room, friendly staff. However, the Wifi is difficult to use, I had to upgrade to use the supposedly free internet, but they didn’t end up charging for it. It was confusing.”
“This place exceeded my expectations! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was super convenient. Perfect for a quick stay and great value for the price!”

“Great experience at this Hotel! Gio was one of the main reasons why my friends and I had a good time at this Holiday Inn! Gio made sure that we are all set by asking the right questions. He accommodated all of our needs and overall just a pleasure to talk with. Good job Gio!”
“Check-in took no time at all fast, smooth, and handled by staff who were genuinely friendly while staying professional. The room was spotless and surprisingly quiet, breakfast was fresh and filling, and the peaceful street outside meant we slept straight through. For the price, the comfort and service are an easy yes I’d book again without hesitation.”

“Overall it's nice enough and clean. They only clean your room every other day which is fine but I would've preferred every day. It looks like they used to have a business center and spa but don't anymore. Pool is heated. Breakfast has dairy free options including smart balance (butter alternative) which is nice. The overnight oats and chia pudding is made with oatmilk but you have to request it to have oatmilk for cereal or tea.”

“I recently stayed at the Signia by Hilton in downtown San Jose, and it made a great impression. The hotel feels modern and upscale from the moment you walk in, with a spacious lobby and a clean, well‑maintained atmosphere throughout the property. My room was comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully designed—plenty of space, a great bed, and all the amenities you’d expect from a higher‑end Hilton brand.
The location is one of its biggest strengths. Being right in the heart of downtown San Jose makes it incredibly convenient for restaurants, events, and exploring the area. Whether you’re in town for business or a weekend getaway, it’s easy to get around.
Service was friendly and professional, and the on‑site dining options were solid, making it simple to grab a meal or drink without leaving the hotel. Overall, the Signia delivers a polished, comfortable stay in a prime location, and I’d happily return.”
“Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only issue is there is a train track right next to the hotel so if you're a light sleeper, you'll get woken up by the frequent train horns.”

“Such a pleasant stay here. Loved that it's just a 10 min drive from the airport and easy walking or driving distance to spots around Downtown San Jose. It's also conveniently right off the freeway. The staff were all great and helpful. I have to say this is the first time I haven't encountered rude hotel staff. If you book through the Marriott Bonvoy it has everything at your hands; mobile room key - so skip checking in at the front desk and you can easily request towels or ask for house keeping and they have a chat for any questions you may have! I stayed in the guest room with 1 king bed. I found the layout to be great but is small in the sense you don't have much space. But it was just me so I didn't have an issue. The room also came with a desk attached to the wall, a big chair where you can sit back and relax. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great! Not stiff. We all know that hotel pillows aren't the best. LOVED the safety features they have on the door. It comes with a metal doorstop at the top you just flip open and comes with an extra lock you can use. Made me feel safe as a solo traveler! Now I will say the only thing I did find inconvenient was the parking. As with all hotels around the area you have to pay for parking daily. Here is $35/day and you can only park on the 3rd and 4th floor which isn't the best when you have luggage. BUT they have the scooters at times right next the hotel and down the street the have bikes to pay for. If you won't be driving far in San Jose save some money and ride them. It's right next to the hotel and is shared with other businesses. They have a parking that's adjacent to them that I believe is cheaper but I didn't really want to lug my suitcases across the street. But overall great stay! Would 100% recommend and stay here again.”
“Great stay and affordable. Location was nice and quiet, clean and comfortable. Private parking was a bonus. Breakfast and dinner service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again.”
