“Using them today, as an outpatient, I found the staff to be professional and courteous. One thing to understand about this lab: you don't register for your lab test at the lab itself. The lab staff are focused on taking samples and running tests. You must "sign in" at the hospital main registration. On weekdays, this is near the front door of the hospital, not far at all from the lab, so it's convenient. On the weekends, however, the front registration desk is closed. Instead, you register for your lab test at the ER department. This is at the opposite end of the hospital down a very long corridor. If walking a distance is not a problem for you, it's a good bit of exercise. If you are mobility challenged in any way, and you are going to the lab on the weekend, you may want to do a two-step process. Drive to the ER, register, go back to your car and navigate on city streets to the front of the hospital, park again, and go get your lab work done.”
