I often find kids items, women’s clothing, decorations, tools and knickknacks here at a reasonable price. Proceeds go to Pacific Clinics, which helps support mental health initiatives for Californians.??”

“A very cute thrift store in Japantown! My partner and I have been a couple of times, and always leave with a couple of trinkets. They have a decent selection of Sanrio items, clothing, Smiskis, and Sonny Angels. They also have stickers and keychains from local creators. We’ll be back!”

“I am blessed to have this store in my town. The prices are affordable and their furniture is solid wood none of that cheep stuff you find in today's overpriced furniture stores. The people there are beautiful souls. I recommend this establishment 1000 times over before any other to family and friends, neighbors and just random strangers. God bless their humble souls and their great spirit of service to others in our community and surrounding towns.”

“donate to this homeless shelter if you want to help feed the homeless. this shelter does provide a decent meal in the mornings. 7am and evening 5pm everyday. For beds 3 pm.
SAD THING IS THAT MANY NON HOMELESS PEOPLE GO THERE TO TAKE FOOD LEAVING THE REAL HOMELESS WITH NO FOOD. I see people getting there in a nice car. Nice clothes not homeless at all. Some people live right in the block nice homes and cars . But they take the food from the real hungry people that live on the streets.”

“This review is for donation only. I came on a Monday afternoon at around 1:30pm. There was no wait to donate. To donate, you have to drive behind the building and there will be a large area to self sort (clothes, linens, books, etc). I donated baby furniture such as jumper and bouncer and worker sorted that for me. The guy was very pleasant. I decided to donate here as Hope Thrift (closer to me) doesn't accept baby furnitures. Goodwill doesn't accept car seats though which expires. There is a QR code to scan for receipt.”

“This place is a non profit thrift store run by volunteers. They are lovely ladies that work here. I have found some beautiful vintage items here. They take donated clothing items and housewares as well. Very hospitable and kind workers here ?
EDIT: Please disregard the moron that had the audacity to leave a bad review based on her trying to haggle prices at this non profit thrift shop and got pissed when the volunteers told her they couldn't change the prices. These volunteers do not get paid to deal with your greedy attitude ?”

“I wish I can give this place 5 stars but there’s one worker who is always so loud and rude and gets upset when customers look through things and don’t put things back. She’ll start banging things around making all kinds of noises throwing things and dropping things on the floor and making awful comments. As if she’s trying to scare whoever “made a mess” . She’ll yell across the store to her coworkers it’s so unprofessional. Now , for the nice people , I think his name is Henry , he is Indian , he is the sweetest man ever. Always greets me , stops to have an actual conversation with me , genuinely asks me how I’m doing and how was my holiday. There’s also a blonde lady with glasses she speaks pretty good Spanish she is also very nice to ask for help and also an Asian older lady. I love going in and seeing them. There’s also a very tall casucasian gentleman always greets me as well. I haven’t seen the other lady in a long time.”
“I shopped at Talbots for most of my clothing for decades. I no longer shop at Talbots because I now get my Talbots clothing at the Echo Shop. I’m very particular about what I wear, and the quality and styles keep me coming back.”

“Though I did not have any communication with this person, I believe she may have been the manager, but I'm not sure. She was so very helpful to customers and the way she handled herself was very professional. I was thinking that she was a great asset to the store. I wanted to tell someone or even her but by the time I went to check-out, she was no longer at the counter and there was a line and I didn't want to extend my stay or cause more busyness for the two gals at the counter. She was impressive to see interact with customers.”

“Good selection of clothing and friendly workers. Prices are a little high, but I'm used to non-California prices so Im not sure if it's the norm. They have days and weeks with specific discounts for all clothing or specific categories/tags, so look out for those. Also suggest joining their mailing list beforehand to get a coupon for 25% 1 item. July 26-27 is every clothing item for $3 each, so I'd suggest going then. Was annoyed one of the fitting room doors was broken, but the one I used was clean and well-kept.

“Came to donate some nice stuff but ended up in a full-on prison intake simulation. The guy at the back door barked orders like I was about to be processed—told me to stand behind a line with the authority of someone who either just got released, escaped, or moonlights as a CO. Not sure which, but honestly, 10/10 for realism. Great place to donate if you’re also prepping for jail.”

“I recently visited this Goodwill of Silicon Valley and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The store is clean and relatively well-organized, which makes browsing through the aisles an enjoyable process. While it’s not the largest store, they’ve done a good job of maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment.
One of the standout features is the selection of books. Whether you're looking for a good read or something specific, their book section is pretty decent for a thrift store, with a nice variety of genres and titles. However, if you're in the market for furniture, you might be a little disappointed. Their selection of furniture is quite limited, so don't expect to find a lot of options in that department.
What they do have, though, is a unique variety of items. I found an interesting collection of wooden dishes, which you don’t typically come across in most stores, along with a decent assortment of toys for children. The clothing section is also worth checking out. While it may not be massive, it offers a good mix of styles for different tastes and sizes. I noticed a few nice shoes as well, though, like most thrift stores, it’s hit or miss depending on what’s been donated recently.
There’s also an eclectic mix of household items, including Chinese ceramics and glassware, which adds a fun, treasure-hunt feel to the store. You never know what kind of unique finds you’ll come across during your visit.
One thing that really impressed me was the staff. They were more than helpful and extremely friendly, making the shopping experience even better. There were plenty of employees on the floor to assist customers and answer any questions, which is something I don't always see in second-hand stores.
In summary, while the furniture selection is lacking, this Goodwill offers a clean and relatively well-organized shopping environment with a good variety of unique items, books, and clothing. The friendly and helpful staff are a definite plus, making it worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for a good deal or an unexpected find.”
