“So where do I start! This store is lovely, they have so much cool stuff, great variation and awesome stocking stuffers, but it doesn't feel cluttered and I can move around easily. (maybe harder for huge strollers) They have things I haven't even heard of so obviously keep on top of trends and have items on display so you can actually see what you are buying. In fact every time I go in things are moved and I see more new things. They don't mind kids playing with the toys which is cool too. We were in the other morning and were helped by a lovely young lady (sorry didn't ask her name but red hair) who was really helpful with my daughter, who can be a bit chatty/bossy, and seemed genuinely interested in helping us and keeping her entertained. In fact another customer rudely butted in but she managed to help us both. Gift wrapping is amazing! Real gem in Los Gatos!!!!”
