“Great local shop with amazing organization! Even the back stock items are curated and organized. Lots of current titles from DC, Marvel, and Indy publishers.

Prices are on par with most local shops. Lots and lots to see.”

“Shoutouts and thanks to Rudy and Andrew for the top notch service for my trade-ins. The place was packed with great selections and a sweet arcade. The owner likes Japanese collectibles across the board and so if you’re into that kinda thing it’s a must-see. Great store and looking forward to doing business again soon.”

“Amazing. Little. Small Family owned bookstore in the heart of Willow Glen neighborhood. I live on the east side about 2 to 3 miles away and this store amazed me.

Although they’re selection focuses on school age Children. They do have the option to order. Books that are not for Children like nonfiction/romance novels, or other.

Staff is always super friendly and welcoming and willing to answer any and all questions you have. I love supporting small bookstores, especially Family owned ones.

Sadly, with the generation that we are in Children Rely too much on screens. And it’s beautiful to be able to go back to old school paperback, Books.”

“Barnes & Nobles are your book stores to check out new books or grab one of the classics. We like to get a drink and spare some time to read at the cafe esp during the hot afternoon. The restroom has some graffiti and I hope it is not from the book lovers. We make purchases during our visits to support the every decreasing physical bookstores.”

“Took my daughter to pick out an American Girl doll today as a reward we’d agreed on. We’ve been to this shop before, so I knew they’d have plenty of bins and racks to dig through. The staff was awesome—really patient while we asked to see different sets and rummage through inventory. We walked out with a great doll, outfit, and shoes. My daughter had a blast. Highly recommend.”

“We arrived for the nee-doh sales and the process was easy: you get a ticket and wait in line. We were toward the very end of the line. Katie and her staff were very kind and constantly checking on those in line. It does take a while, but that’s to be expected for something like this!”

“Shop is filled with adorable items for Hello Kitty, Pokémon, BTS, Pusheen, and more! The owner is friendly and helpful. Gifted us an eraser based on a scene from Didi that was filmed in the shop :) If you need gifts, this is a great place to go!”

“This shop is amazing. If your looking for a Magic card feel free to ask and they will check if they have it. The staff is super friendly and so is the owner. You get to choose your own packs when you buy cards! Its got the feel of that card shop you grew up with while still having modern stuff.

You should check this place out if you haven't and leave a review If you have.

Thank you for the help finding the cards I have been looking all over the Bay Area for and thank you for not gouging me on the price!”

“I wanted to take a moment to share an amazing experience my son and I had at the LEGO Store in Santa Clara.

We came in on Saturday hoping to buy a specific set, only to find out it had sold out because of how popular it was. Needless to say, we were pretty disappointed.

Jeff noticed right away that we were bummed out and went out of his way to help us. He told us that as soon as the next shipment arrived, he would set one aside for us. On top of that, he also made sure we would still get the promotional gift set, even though the promotion was ending that same day.

I came back Monday morning when the store opened (and even missed a couple hours of work to make it happen), and Jeff and Uzi were absolutely incredible. Everything was exactly as promised, and they made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

We ended up buying three sets totaling around $850, but what really stood out was the customer service. Jeff kept his word, and both he and Uzi made us feel valued as customers. That kind of service is hard to find these days.

My son left happy, I left happy, and that’s exactly why we’ll be coming back. Thanks again, Jeff and Uzi, you turned a disappointing situation into a great memory for us. LEGO is lucky to have you both!”

“This place has lots of funko pop. A lot. If youre big into collecting them, you'd probably want to check it out. They also share the space with a shoe store? There are also some pokemon cards there (not at msrp).”

“The elderly couple do care about the customers, and they are great people. We could not leave without buying something from them.
If you are into vintage toys, this is the place you want.”

“This a temple to cheap party stuff. Awesome variety of stuff for all kinds of party needs - I was impressed to see a full blown Halloween costume store in January.

Attentive staff helps you find your way through the pile and surely enough you will find what you need. Only that it takes a while.”

“I called this store looking for the Graduation Jelly Cat and Victoria was so incredibly helpful. She didn't have it in stock, but she went out of her way to check the other store and when they didn't have it, she kindly gave me a list of other stores that sell Jelly Cats. Low and behold, the first one on the list had it so my search was over! Thank you for making my friend super happy (She wanted to buy it for a friend's daughter, but it was out of stock just overnight). Thank you again Victoria!! Hope you have a lovely day!”

“The staff is always chill here and helpful it makes me feel the most comfortable in the mall. Don't dare say any place has gender neutral clothing til you go here. The clothes can be worn by anyone and sizes are mostly in size m or xl etc to make finding a fit easy. They also sell manga and witchcraft stuff. There is always a buy four get one shirts and again the staff are cool and even have a good bond with each other.”

“I went in today 4/8 around 1:15pm and I wish I took a closer look at her name. I think it was Krystal or Kristie who was helping me. She was so, so sweet and kind through the whole process. I was doing a surprise gender reveal. She delivered on keeping the gender a secret from me and wrapped up my baby's bear with great care. I had such a wonderful experience that I had to leave a review. Thank you so much to the build a bear team! (Cat was also great! She stuffed my bear and was so sweet as well, the whole process was very cute)”

“What's not to love about Daiso? Most everything is $1.50 and for that price there are some GREAT bargains to be found. I got really cute short pink oven mitts from here that I have gotten a lot of compliments for. Some cool things you'll find here for $1.50.”

“Kind owner and service, best that you buy in bulk, you may get some discount or free cars, one stop for die cast 1:64, 1:18 and pink slips. Mainline $5 , Premium $20 , it is higher than supermarket pricing but collection here is not available elsewhere. Well maintained store. Mostly you'll find actual car replicas rather than made for hot wheels design. If you like hot wheels car collections, it is a great place to visit and you can't leave without buying anything”

“Having traversed the furthest reaches of the Serengeti and navigated the treacherous rapids of the Amazon, I can say with considerable authority that few discoveries have stirred my soul quite like stumbling upon Pennyland Toy Store in the Pruneyard. My dear wife and I had fortified ourselves with a most agreeable pint at the taphouse next door -- as any seasoned explorer must do before venturing into uncharted territory -- when we found ourselves drawn, as if by some magnificent magnetic force, through the doors of this remarkable establishment on a Friday afternoon. Good heavens, what a selection greeted us! The staff -- splendid specimens, every last one of them -- guided us with the enthusiasm of seasoned safari guides toward the most magnificent gifts for our beloved niece. They possess an encyclopedic knowledge of their inventory that would impress even the most distinguished fellows at the Royal Geographical Society. But the true trophy of this expedition? A gorilla. Not merely a gorilla, mind you -- a magnificent, hulking, larger-than-life beast of the stuffed variety, procured as a gift for my wife's coworker, whose admiration for our primate cousins is well documented. The creature proved so irresistible that I mounted a second expedition -- solo this time -- to acquire the gigantic version for myself. As you can observe from my field documentation, the beast has integrated seamlessly into daily life. He rides shotgun with the quiet dignity of a seasoned co-pilot. He joins me on the patio for an evening glass of red. He accompanied me on reconnaissance past the hair salon -- neither of us went in, though the signage was most encouraging. He is, simply put, magnificent company. Pennyland -- I shall return.”

“Our water in Santa Clara contains substantial ground water which frequently doesn't taste that great so we've been buying five gallon bottles of drinking water for nearly thirty years. I discovered Jenny's recently and couldn't be happier, you buy a twenty five dollar card and it costs 25 cents per gallon, better than most dispensary machines. I wish I knew about the store when we hosted birthday parties for our children it's filled with all sorts of five and dime items and lots of things young children might want. Certainly worth taking a quick look, wish I had done it sooner.”

“It's a nice place to stop by if you're interested in Comics, figures, games, etc. They have a nice selection of board games and figures of American and Japanese comics. I highly recommend this place for young adults and anybody interested in these items. It would have been perfect if they had had more American comic books for customers looking for them, but their current selection wasn't bad.”

“This GameStop is well stocked, opens early and has very friendly and helpful staff. I get to visit a few times a year and they usually have a great selection of pre-owned, retro and new games. Just really appreciate that they have earlier opening hours compared to a lot of other game shops.”
