“Staff was gracious and very helpful. Janice was a pleasure in interactions. The place has an unique history and fascinating architecture, with a Julia Morgan designed dormitory building, featuring a lovely courtyard and elegant banquet room, which accommodates very large groups, and also boasts a stage. The cabins are rustic, but updated, showing a few wrinkles consistent with their age! The Welcome Center appears to be a well thought-out modern building with a stylish dining room. The Redwood amphitheater is a hidden delight that was easily transformed into a wondrous forest glade, as a backdrop to the recitation of wedding vows. In all, the weekend spent at Green Mountain Retreat was a relaxed and incredibly positive experience. I would definitely return.”

“We had our wedding at the Pavilion at Redwood Estates and would recommend it. The space was great for our guest count (~100 people) and we were able to bring in our own everything (catering/alcohol/etc). It was really easy to work with Jeff and he was super responsive.”

“My cousin and I host a #redcross blood drive here every few months as a community service. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. I would love to hold a meeting or event there. Lots of parking by the way.”

“My family and I love this little fellowship. I've been a UU for most of my life and this is the fellowship I've felt most at home. The sermons are always thought provoking and generate lots of great discussions! I also love the religious education for my children and the emphasis on social action. This is our 6th year as members and each year is even better than the last:)”

“What a place! I had never played bocce before but now I’m hooked. The games were fun, the people teaching us were great, and we had a blast. The food was also amazing. We had some pasta, pizza, salad, and desserts for our work event and everything was spot on. The desserts are absolutely the star of the show. I loved the tiramisu but you can’t go wrong with any of their options.I can’t recommend this place enough for work events or just a casual meal (with a highly addictive game to boot).Vegetarian options: We had vegetarian pasta and pizza options available to us.Dietary restrictions: We found a gluten free pizza option.Parking: The parking lot specifically for this place is limited, especially for the work event we put on. There is street parking and other nearby lots, so plan accordingly.”

We were one of the last tables which can feel rushed, but he made us feel at home and very special and it was one of the best experiences in a long time. amazing service. we are coming back because of Chris. by the way, we did not know Chris before tonight, so this is not a biased review.aside from the service, the food was very delicious and exceeded our expectations”

“Let me start off by saying I never write reviews but feel compelled to do one after our visit.Testarossa for the win! My wife and I (mostly her) have traveled from the East Coast to the West Coast and abroad to visit vineyards or attend tastings. Saying this to say, we know a little about quality wine. We stumbled upon this vineyard while we were in California for a wedding. On an free day prior to the wedding, I was in charge of finding and booking tastings for us (mostly her). I had three tastings lined up for the day and Testarossa was stop #1. I read all the reviews to make a reservation so we did (and highly recommend). We decided on the tour (also highly recommended). It was raining that day, but the sun peeked out for about 7.4 seconds so we optimistically kept the reservation hoping for better weather. The rain continued - c'est la vie. But thankfully, we met our guide, Missy Elliot (not the rapper). She was/is the most knowledgeable, personable, amiable tour guide we ever met. She braved the elements for us, snuck in a few well timed anecdotes, and knew the history of the vineyard as if she lived there. She made Testarossa feel like family. The place was amazing and the wine was fantastic! The nicknames for the silos were hilarious. We sipped, lost track of time, and bought 4-6 bottles of their fine wine. Cannot remember specific amount due to the copious amounts of alcohol in our system. I accidentally broke a wine class and Missy was quick to come with a spray bottle that removed all traces out of my tan shirt. Testarossa is a gem and kudos to them for hiring Missy. She was the bright spot on a rainy day. Needless to say we didn't make it to our next destinations. After the tour, we headed to their patio for a snack. In my humble opinion, Testarossa is better than some of those pretentious vineyards to the north. Do yourself a favor, add them to your travel plans, you won't be disappointed.”
