“Visited in March for the cherry blossoms. Most of the cherry blossoms are actually on the driveway up to the garden. The road up is fairly steep and narrow so we opted to park at the edge of town and walk up on foot. The gardens are small but well maintained and beautiful in the spring with all the blooming flowers. We also managed to catch some of the wisteria bloom. Really nice to watch the koi swim around. They sometimes sell fish feed but unfortunately were not selling on the day of our visit”

“Beautiful place for parties, meetings & weddings. Loved the in-house caterer (Gunters) for my event of 150 people party. Gunther’s Caterers were so easy to work with & had a successful event because of them & the historic venue. I'll have another event again soon.”

Went to a wedding here with my cousins and it was such a great venue.
And the DJ was awesome. Played so many good socks”
“Held my son’s 1st birthday party at the Friendship Hall in June 2024 and it was the perfect space. The indoor/outdoor spaces were ideal for a kids birthday party. Tons of space and the cost for the rental was very reasonable. I hope to book with them again in the future!”

“Los Gatos and Saratoga. My two fav towns on the outskirts of San Jose. Last few times stayed in Gatos, this time was keen to switch to Saratoga. And when in Saratoga, best be Inn at Saratoga.
Why?
- great town w unique restaurants, shops, access to hills and parks (cyclists and trail runners - this is it)
- location is right on the Main Street, but a little tucked away so you don’t get traffic noise at night
- cute, sufficiently classed up, but not to the point where economics become nonsensical
- Spacious rooms (altho I think I was upgraded so perhaps biased)
- bar w happy hour and a bar tender that did well to make a great drink to enjoy on the porch right outside
- Free parking on premises
- quiet
What would I change?
- the ground floor / lobby area isn’t that big. The main highlight for me on the first floor was really the outside patio area that is adjacent to a river behind it. In the afternoon in the shade it feels great to be out there w a wine or even just working on your laptop in the shade w the sound of flowing water nearby.
Would return.”

“My husband and I got married here 6 months ago and we still get compliments about our wedding! My husband and I absolutely loved the forest vibe, the stringed lights, and the family seating style. Besides the beauty of this place, we received excellent customer service and loved working with Jennifer Clark. Their package setups and coordinators are so helpful- relieved the stress of normal wedding planning! I was so grateful for that.
