1. Dr Blackwolf is the best vet I’ve ever had in the many years I’ve had feline overlords in my life. Her demeanor is matter of fact (calms down freak-outs well) offers different options for treatment — what needs to be addressed immediately vs what can wait.

2. Easy scheduling online or over the phone. Appointment reminders and confirmation over text makes it easy to reschedule if needed, or just give you a nudge to get out the door if you need it.

3. Speaking of scheduling, the staff who manage scheduling are so patient and understanding if you need to reschedule an appointment, even if it’s at the last minute. I appreciate that so much because I’m sure it’s a pain in the neck for them sometimes.

4. Vet techs are all stellar!! I have not encountered a single one who’s not a total rock star! They are skilled and knowledgeable, quick and efficient, and are always willing to answer questions and offer advice and guidance on any at-home treatments.

5. They offer monthly care packages (different levels of coverage and pricing) which is a great option if you don’t have pet insurance and your pet is past the age cutoff to qualify for it.

6. They have a lab on site, so you can get results for many tests within a few minutes, get an Rx and treatment plan, then pick up meds at the on-site pharmacy on your way out. All at the time of your office visit!

7. This is not a low-cost clinic, so make sure you check the pricing before making an appointment. It’s also a good idea to ask the costs during an appointment before they run tests or prescribe meds.”
