“We had our dog’s dental cleaning here for the second time. They communicate clearly, and their prices are reasonable compared with other places, especially since dental cleanings for dogs can be expensive. We had a good experience both times.”

“I have nothing but amazing things to say about Alpha Animal Hospital! I'm a new client, and they've already earned my trust completely. I came in because my dog had a paw infection, and it turned out he had an allergic reaction to the antibiotics prescribed. Two days later, I booked a follow-up to switch his meds and make sure everything was okay and once again, they were amazing. They didn't even charge me a visit fee for that appointment, only the cost of the new medication. That kind of honesty is so refreshing. I've been to a lot of vets in the Bay Area, and my average visit runs $500-600. Here, I haven't even crossed $200. It's clear they're not trying to overcharge or upsell you they actually care about your animal, not just the bill. The doctor genuinely communicates with you. He sits down, walks you through everything, and actually listens to your concerns instead of rushing you out the door. The whole clinic is understanding, responsive, and easy to reach when you need them. I’m so grateful I found this place. It’s rare to find a vet clinic that combines this level of genuine care, communication, and fair pricing. Highly recommend, and I’ll absolutely be back for all my dog’s care going forward”

“I had the pleasure of speaking with Jessie today and they were absolutely wonderful!!! If we lived closer, i would switch to this practice in a heartbeat just based on the interaction with her today. I was looking for a specialist and thought vca Winchester had specialists which is why I had called. Jessie was extremely empathetic, knowledgeable, patient and kind. She left an excellent first impression on me and hope she is acknowledged for her wonderful customer service!”

“We made the heartbreaking decision to put our sweet Strudel to sleep on Thursday after 16 long, happy years of life. Dr. Hedden and the rest of the staff treated us and Strudel with so much kindness and compassion, and it left a big impression on us. Thanks to CAH, even the last moments of Strudel's life were filled with love.”

“We are grateful to the oncology department for getting us in and starting treatment right away. We called all over Northern California and even to Reno and this was the only place where we could be seen without waiting weeks. They called us back on a Sunday and told us to come in the next day. Everyone was very professional and explained everything in detail without rushing us out the door.”
