“Had a wonderful experience having a “new-to-me” sweet pup spayed at the Banfield Meridian location. This sweet 7 year old was a very reactive pup at the vet and the care and concern the staff showed me at all of my appts. Everything was well explained, the staff went over and above to help me forgive out the best way to handle the finances, and our experience was wonderful overall. Zoey found a way to use her surgery suit as a Snuggie, and slipped out of it a few times, and even got to come to work with me and have a nap in the stuffies! But we survived the 2 weeks of rest! We had an accident that my dog needed medical attention for and they were super caring, compassionate, and genuine for me, my dog, and my family. Even my dog gets excited when he knows we are going to go because they treat him super well. Highly recommend!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic. The staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the animals they treat. From the front desk to the veterinarians, everyone took the time to explain things clearly and made my family and my pet feel so comfortable there. The clinic is very clean, well-organized, and appointments are handled efficiently. They even let me book a same day appointment which many clinics do not offer. I had to reschedule my appointment and they don't even charge any cancellation fee! I also have a very nervous dog that is anxious to go to vet clinics but the people working here made sure to take it slow with him and not overwhelm him. At the end of the visit my dog came out wagging his tail and even playing around with the vet techs. I’m very grateful for the top tier care my pet received and have recommended this clinic to all my family and friends!”

What constituted these appointments was my sister’s vet said she would not be able to bring her beagle home for burial. I missed the name of the technician for Diesel’s appointment but she showed Diesel so much love to help ease him through the appointment, which is not easy with a 100lb dog. “Dr.Lu is very nice and knowledgeable. I got to be with my cat when he got vaccinated. I normally come in once a year to do a wellness check on my cat. All the fees and reasonable and Dr.Lu won’t push for extra examinations/lab test etc.”

“I would recommend this clinic 100% !! I was desperately in need of a vet clinic for my English Bulldog due to some stomach issues. I called and the receptionist was so sweet to get me in same day. (It was for a drop off but I was totally fine with that because I knew my puppy needed the care asap) Once we arrived we were welcomed by some really sweet girls showing so much love to my baby. He didn't even care about me leaving him there lol he just walked on back there like he owned that place. Then I was called with the treatment plan by the doctor who explained everything so throughly and made me feel more at peace. We are now on meds and on the road to recovery thanks to Piedmont Hills Animal Hospital! They have now gained a new pet at their clinic! (Our previous vet we had been to only once and was not a fan- it was very outdated & dirty with blood stains on the lobby floor) and this hospital was sooo clean & modern!”
“Thank You Camden Pet Hospital for saving my Fuzzy Son Toby Cat. I can't express how much I appreciate Dr J. deciding to say that Toby is too young and before his major health issues too healthy for him to be put down. Tuesday, Jan 30 was the start of Toby's recovery and I owe my gratitude and thanks to Dr J and the staff at Camden Pet Hospital. When I woke up on that Tuesday I saw that Toby was even more sick than the prior days and I called Camden Pet Hospital to make an appointment for them to see him. I thought this was to end his life, that I would have to have him euthanized. I didn't think that CHP could save Toby for an amount of money that I could afford. To my wonderful surprise when I met Dr. J and told her the situation, fairly quickly she said that Toby is too young and healthy to be put down. She came up with a treatment plan that I could afford, around $650 that would basically follow what the other vet companies said they would do, treat Toby for 3 days, for a much higher cost, over $3000. The only difference was that I would take Toby home each day at 5 PM and then return him the next day for additional treatment to cure his urinary blockage. As with the prior 2 days, they continued with his treatments until I came at 5 PM Thursday to pick Toby up at the end of his care at CPH, and bring him home. Dr J. said that his urinary blockage had been cleared and the problem with his liver was fixed. All we could do now was to keep an eye on him. Try to get him to continue to eat and drink water. They gave me some special cat food, both dry and wet food for him to eat. This food was a urinary care type of cat food, Hills Urinary Care cat food. All during the time of his illness, I was praying to GOD to help save my Fuzzy Son Toby. I was so afraid I was going to lose him and it was very difficult to hold it together. I was a mess. That night Toby slept with me as he always does and I had the strong belief that he was going to eventually fully recover. From the time I brought Toby home from CHP, he slowly and steadily regained his health. Each day, his recovery progressed. He started eating his cat food and drinking water. It was not a lot at first, but each day he ate and drank more. Also, he started using his cat box. In fact, I set up a separate cat box, food and water dishes in my room as Dr J suggested. More major positive changes happened. He started walking around the house again. He wasn't just staying in my room. At the end of the first week back home, he wanted to go outside again. The things that really showed me that he was getting better is he started acting like my Fuzzy Son again. He was purring often again, playing with his sister Sophie cat, and looking at me like the old Toby Cat, full of LOVE and LIFE! It's now been about 1 1/2 months since the start of this journey and I'm so HAPPY to say that Toby has FULLY RECOVERED! Of course, none of this would have happened if not for Dr J at CPH. Her decision to help Toby, her treatment plan and the care that she and the CHP staff gave Toby is the major reason why he recovered and is healthy again. THANK YOU DR. J AND EVERYONE AT CAMDEN PET HOSPITAL FOR SAVING TOBY'S LIFE.”

“First time bringing my cat here, and we had an amazing experience with the entire team. I came in with my two young kids and my 15-year-old cat who wasn’t feeling well and needed testing. My 4- and 6-year-olds got antsy pretty quickly, but the staff had activities and stickers ready to keep them busy. Everyone was incredibly kind and compassionate throughout the whole visit.
