So many ppl in line, and they have only 2 reps helping out. Make no mistake, there are A LOT of employees walking back and forth, they just don't think they should help with the long line. Including not a supervisor(?) who just sits behind all the others looking very bored.

Far too few tellers. Long, long waits. COVID is poor excuse. Shorter hours, fewer people = worse service.

Last night John Hua took the initiative to help me with my struggles and I had a overdraft fee came out of no where and never call the 800 number on the back of your card cause they don't really help you as much. John helped me as much as he can. He made me happy when I left and I hope he did that with all customers.
