There were times where I was extremely erratic and high emotion yet Marisol was always kind and patient with me and always willing to help me to the best of her abilities at the branch level. Marisol was an empathetic listener who was always willing to go out of her way to check every resource that was available to her,even filing multiple complaints on my behalf and getting the phone number and extension of my case manager. “This is now my 2nd time coming into this branch and have been helped by Shruti both times. I have to say she makes banking sooo easy and enjoyable. No one likes going to the bank, but she is so pleasant and helpful that she makes it such a good experience. She seems like she genuinely cares about her customers and has such a positive attitude. I had called to ask if they had any $2 bills since they're so rare in general and she even held me $200 worth in the branch for me to come pick up. She remembered me from my 1st visit and was so nice to save them for me and exchange for new bills. Give this woman a raise because she deserves it!! I have had some bad teller experiences and she makes banking so much better. Bravo to Shruti!!”

I figured I can write a review because I'm very satisfied with today's help from, I think "truong" not too sure because I was in a rush to class. I had two over draft fee that he helped me resolve in ways that the two people I called BoA could not. He is the relations manager, now that i recall it. He helped me quickly and with pleasure while the two guys I called was completely rude and left me in the dark. I was actually thinking of switching banks because of the two guys I called that did not help me one bit, but after this I figured I'll stick with BoA a while longer. Thank you. Oh yea, the front staff at the desks are always helpful as well.”

“No service fee if you opt for one of the many gift cards that they offer. We went for the Amazon gift card and received the full value of coins that we put in. Easy to use and it walks you through it. There are some YouTube videos and Coinstar has a website. We loved it and will use it again.”
