I had called to ask if they had any $2 bills since they're so rare in general and she even held me $200 worth in the branch for me to come pick up. She remembered me from my 1st visit and was so nice to save them for me and exchange for new bills. Give this woman a raise because she deserves it!! “Today I recieved a call from someone who said he was a PG&E tech out in the field who was going to disconnect my services and transfered me over to another person, who said I had late payments and needed to pay 500.00 right away. I have never been late on my payment, but the person who claimed was PG&E said the computer must have a glitch, so I needed to pay and they would start an investigation to what happened. I told the teller (Yeimy Meza) my story and she said that's a scam. Please call PG&E and I went home and did just that. PG&E said it was a scam. I almost lost 500.00, but thanks to Yeimy Meza I didn't. Thanks so much for taking care of your customer!”
