“The Staff at this Wells Fargo are truly the best customer service for Banking I have ever experienced!!! They are so over the top helpful and loaded with freebies. Glad I moved from Chase to Wells Fargo!!! Only one thing, their auto tellers outside like to take your money. Never seen 2 machines jam so much and I am sure the machine took at last a 20 from me. I use their auto teller for everything but depositing money, I love to bank there so I am a happy camper with Wells Fargo.”

“This is quite a chill bank location which I love to visit. I use locker services and other banking services. Staff are very friendly. They say Hi to you as soon as you enter (50 ft away).The branch is located at a very nice neighborhood (Los Gatos downtown) with a lot of restaurants etc close by. “Well. I came in today, to see if Kirk, the Manager was in. No, he was still out to lunch. I sat down to take care of my paper work. In meantime, I had to care of something else, told someone else I'd be right back. I knew I had to be back there, to process my transaction, that was not done by me.I came back to call Wells Fargo, the customer service one, where they take care of your banking needs. And, guess who showed up, just as I sat down?There was Kirk, who the minute he saw me said:"Hi Greg", and basically took me to his desk. I went over my information, he called someone at Wells Fargo, and took care of all of details. I have to say that all of what was not right about that transaction I came to take care of...was something I only had one person who took care of my situation that well done. I came there yesterday, knowing that Kirk had helping me the same way at the Camden Wells Fargo.The point here is that Kirk really fosters a really pleasant and well thought out way, of taking care of me, with a smile on his face, with a really great, can do attitude. I left there, a very happy, very well taken care of Wells Fargo customer. Thank you, Kirk .”

“I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 30 plus years and there is a reason. I find the tellers and people in the offices very competent, courteous and efficient. I just got done working with John Hua and needed a transaction sheet for my CPA. John got me in between appointments and had what I needed in 5 minutes. He made my day! All of the recent tellers have been great to work with and i feel blessed to have this good team here in los Gatos. During COVID it is best to make an appointment but you can also walk in and get good service. thanks John ! Patrice”

We also felt very cared for as we were not shooed off to some large corporate office, portal site or other location. I liked that their manager took the time to expedite and approve all this paperwork quickly. (Heard it can take weeks, we were fortunate to have the staff and the correct documentation to get it completed.)They have a free parking lot with EV stations and street parking. There is a security guard outside. There are 2 friendly front tellers and multiple private rooms for other banking transactions/applications.We really learned a lot and felt the extra care during this difficult and time restrained estate transfer.”
