“I walked into US Bank just to open a basic checking account To link my US Bank credit card too, and was warmly received and educated to all of the Excellent banking opportunities that are no cost to seniors. They have some very attractive, high interest rate accounts, and I was very impressed with the helpfulness and knowledge of the Associate. I worked with Vera. She was fabulous. I would Recommend to anyone to stop by and talk to To a US bank representative. They have branches all Across the United States”
“The Los Gatos US Bank on Santa Cruz Ave was a pleasurable experience. We discovered this bank and branch while searching for a "Coveted" safebox. We made an appointment. The branch manager and his assistant J J were both ready to support our needs when we arrived. In about an hour, we opened a checking account, savings account, and rented the safebox that as well. There is plenty of parking in an otherwise difficult area due to all the other wonderful businesses and restaurants in the area. All in all, it was a fine experience. I plan to go back to this branch and open a business account soon.”
“I've been a long time customer at Chase but I rarely go into their offices anymore. I recently opened a business checking account and had the best customer service experience at this location. We met with An Nguyen who explained their accounts and provided the best options to make their services work for us. Later we met with Hugh Wong to open a business CD account and once again, everything was exceptional. Hugh made sure I had access to my accounts, which was great foresight to reduce any possible frustrations later. I was very impressed that all details were considered and potential issues were removed. I am happy I moved my business accounts to Chase.”

Rajini discovered some money I had forgotten about and helped me transfer it to a Wells Fargo CD with a good interest rate. She is very professional and has made good recommendations for investing my money. Rajini is a Senior Premier Banker and really takes an interest in her clients.
