“I just spent 3.5 years of my life in LA living at the Roosevelt in DTLA. All I can say is, wow, what an amazing experience I had while I lived there and it was because of the amazing staff.Jack Wallach, Izabella, and the rest of the leasing team, top tier talent within the property management game. They have done a great job not only the amazing residents but even the occasional difficult ones. Truly a great team that was there to help make living at the Roosevelt a great one.Gina and Sandra- two of the best women that made sure the upkeep of the building was maintained. Both such great people that I feel need more credit. The flowers that Gina adds to the lobby, such a great touch.Amin, Ade, Janet, Michael, all great people that ensure the safety of the residents by maintaining the front of the house. All exceptionally personable and professional. I miss them the most!All of my valet guys, Alvaro, Marvin, Rafael, Manuel, Alejandro, Alfredo, Damian, Wences, Gerson, and Kevin. They were integral to the heart of the Roosevelt, all great guys that I know will continue to shine their light there.”

However , his tenacity , bubbly personality and impeccable style of course gives so much more than just a job. He really has a passion for helping the tenants and that’s very rare.”
“I do not live here, but I took a tour and had an excellent experience with Zach B. who answered all of my questions, sent detailed instructions for a self-tour (of a very clean and lovely unit), and explained everything I would need to know about Hampshire Place. There was a nice common area with grills and a pool (again, very clean and well-kept) and the elevators were in great working order. People were friendly who I spoke to and asked about the building, and it seems like a nice place to live.”

“I definitely recommend this place! The entrance was recently remodeled and it looks fantastic, maintenance service is fast, and the place is clean. The location is within walking distance close to grocery stores, bars, and multiple shopping centers. Also the downstairs staff is always friendly, ESPECIALLY Jhonny - who helped me get settled in, promptly follows up on questions, and ensured that I had everything I needed to be comfortable living here. “Great building! My apartment is very clean and quiet. Hardly ever hear any noise. Staff is great and my maintenance requests usually get resolved within less than 24 hrs. Ozzie is great when I have any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this timeless building.”

“Been living here for about 5 months now, this is definitely the best building we've lived in by far in LA. Majority of all the complexes aren't going to be perfect, you're in an apartment but this one is the best for what you pay for.
As in other reviews, the hallways were pretty disgusting, the carpets were saturated in pee which made the halls smell horrible. But they just tore everything out & put brand new carpet in. Place looks brand new now! The smell is completely gone. So they were aware & did something about it which gets huge points.
Another con is the garage gate was broken for a while & there was a couple of cars that got broken into, including my friends. They didn't really do anything about it.. it eventually got fixed but that was a little annoying.
Besides that, the building feels super secure, packages are very secure which I like, & the amenities are super nice & pretty clean. I also have seen a total of maybe 3 fruit flies in total in my house. I have never seen such a bug less apartment. Not complaining about that lol
The building itself is so quiet, I hear nothing sometimes. The neighborhood is super quiet too. It's so peaceful. I hardly hear my neighbors. Just normal sounds like the occasional heavier foot steps but seriously it's so quiet.
The maintenance team will fix anything so fast. We had our washer leaking at 8PM & put in a request & he was there in 20 minutes fixing it.
So weighing the pros & cons, we are very happy here so far. Hopefully it doesn't change for us.”
“Great location. An older clean building with great amenities. Management was very helpful and accommodating when moving in. David went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed for the application process all the way to move in day. Management works really hard to keep the building clean and working properly.”
“Betsy, Rony and Maria make a great management team. They communicate and get things done. They made me feel welcomed and part of the community. Place has a pool and 3 laundry rooms.Best part is this place is pet friendly they even have a doggie area. That’s a plus!! Imperial palms is a great place to live!!”

“If you're looking for a Class-A building in the heart of DTLA, look no further than Watermarke Towers! This building is beautifully designed and professionally managed. The units are spacious with incredible views of the city in every side of the building you're on. Love hanging by the rooftop pool for the sunsets and working by the clubhouse during the day. It's my go-to Zoom background for work calls.The best part of the building are the staff. Everyone from the front desk, maintenance, to management truly care about the building and the residents and are always quick to assist. Maintenance work-orders get done faster than my Uber Eats deliveries. Shout out to Tyler, Kevin, Jennifer, Yvette, Daniel, George, Javier, Carlos, Danny, and everyone. You all rock!”
“We are all excited to move into this new apartment. It looks great. The elevator is huge and mostly the building smells good. A lot of facilities in it. Only the thing that they need to improve is the stairs. It looks scary for my kids, but they get used to it and prefer to use it as a short cut. The Manager is awesome. He is very helpful and accommodating. He is so calm, friendly especially to my kids and also good looking. My sister wants to move-in here too, maybe soon.”

“I ultimately went with the apartments next door, but AVA was pretty nice. I didn't like how it is two buildings, so you would have the rooftop deck in one and the other would have the pool. Both buildings have nice courtyards. My friend who lived at AVA before liked it, and I think I would have also. The unit layouts are what I have been looking for. I went with Wakaba LA since I liked how it was one building with good placement of amenities. I think the fitness center is larger than several of the ones I've seen.”
“I recently had the opportunity to tour a few one-bedroom units at this property and was thoroughly impressed with the interiors. During my visits, the property felt secure. The convenience of having a connected parking structure is a huge plus. Additionally, the property management team has been exceptionally welcoming and responsive to any inquiries, making the entire application process a breeze. I'm looking forward to calling this place home.”
