She has great customer service and kept me updated with all the information I needed to know. Thank you Isabel for making me feel important and taking care of all my needs. Also a shout out to the delivery driver Edgar he was so professional and respectful and did a good job of carefully taking my refrigerator up to the second floor of my condo and hauling away my old refrigerator. Thank you all for the smooth transition of the whole process. I will definitely be recommending American Freight in Cerritos to my family and friends and I will continue to do business with them for all my appliances from now on ?”

“10.23 UPDATE - I was wrong about this place. My washer broke down after 3 days of purchase, it started leaking water. I called the # on the invoice since they told me my purchase had a 90 day warranty. Long story short and after numerous phone calls, 1 visit to where they took the part that supposedly was damaged and 10 days of waiting for them to repair the washer, they didn't. They left the washer with a missing part and promises of they coming back to fix it and never happened. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE! Not only did they take my money but took advantage of single mom. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. This place has a wide selection at super cheap prices and the best customer service. I bought a washer and dryer and were delivered the same day!”
“I went there with my mother-in-law and my wife looking for a lot of new appliances. We ended up getting a washer dryer, microwave stove refrigerator and I must tell you that management was top-notch. Everything was really, really professional. I enjoyed the experience and I would definitely go back. And have a large selection and again very helpful. The one thing that really, really made me feel comfortable was they took their time.
No rush at all on colors selection, I really like that. And while they have some of the longest lines to wait in there, i still enjoy coming, and spending 5 times what i originally planned on. This location is well-organized, clean, and has a great selection of products. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. One highlight for me is definitely the Costco food court. They serve the best hot dogs and pizza around—it's always a treat! The prices are unbeatable, and the quality is consistently excellent. Whether you're stocking up on essentials or grabbing a quick bite, the Torrance Costco is a top-notch”

But, when my son and I visited this Lowe's yesterday we were pleasantly surprised by how friendly, courteous, and helpful the staff were. Place was clean and nigh immaculate.
Especially Brenda. Sensing my son and I were looking for something specific, she stopped pruning and walked over to us. And, really, we weren't even that close this was a good 20-30 yards away... anyway, she walked over to assist.
Sorry Home Depot, I won't be returning ... I'm a Lowe's guy now.”

I searched on amazon Walmart best buy and even other smaller Internet sites.. and these deals were way better than all of those places.. great man inside, the owner is friendly and helps u out so much with products and price ranges that u want.. and for the fat guy outside that does the labor discriminates, and will over charge u for labor. But u can just take the products somewhere else to install. I love this place and highly recommend”

The gentleman that helped me in the appliance section actually found me the perfect size chest freezer and the bonus was that it was actually much cheaper than the original freezer I had been looking at.
