During business hours PNC has excellent phone help with sharp people. 5 Stars for PNC online service and 0 Stars for this little location only because of all the above.”

“There are long lines especially with this Covid19: However, I find that the staff does go out of their way for their customers. It would be nice if they had more tellers available, but the tellers and management that work at this branch do a great job.For customer service they get an A+ from meThe lack of manpower is the issue”
“Given the fact that this branch is understaffed, it's still a great place to bank. The staff here tries their hardest to help and keep the customer happy. There is only so much management can do when it comes to staffing. People that complain here, complain because they don't get their way. At the end of the day I see everyone trying to move the line. They have ATMs, so if you don't have time to stand in line use them. Stop being rude to the staff, and appreciate that they go to work everyday to serve you. Treat people how you want to be treated and how you would want people to treat your loved one.”
