The prices are incredibly fair!
I called ahead of time to see if they had anything for the Sega Saturn.
I asked what titles they had, Sally proceeded to list off game after game which was great in itself. When I asked if they were complete, all but one were she said. That blew my mind!
After arriving, and saying hello. I was stunned to see they had as many games, as I have in my collection (around 50). Unheard of in all the stores I've been to. Lucky enough if I see one or a few.
Not only that, they were all in excellent, even mint or near mint condition!
While I did have many of the titles she listed, the essential owns. I was there for something a little more uncommon, Hang On GP.
After Sally scanned it, it was about half of what I was ready to pay! Even in the mint condition it's in.
Then came the big decision, Three Dirty Dwarves. Very rare and sought after. I'd seen prices for about $100 . They asked $150, which is a tall ask and I said I'd seen it for less. Chris immediately checked, and I learned their price was completely fair. For one in as good condition as this one. It was closer to $170 complete online. The $100 I'd seen online was for disc only, some even scratched.
I was so happy he checked and furthered my belief I was getting a good deal and that the time to buy was now if I was going to.
$150 seemed nothing but reasonable to me.
Can't speak to repairs. There's enough reviews with nothing but praise on that. If I ever do need anything fixed. This place would without a doubt be my first choice!
Overall. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. You should too if you are also.

“Only real downsides are that the staff never know when they will receive new items and don't have a catalog to let you know what they have. You have to look through everything for yourself.Other than that, they have a lot of retro as well as modern games, systems and accessories. They also repair pretty much anything video game related.Give them a try. You'll probably go every so often like me.”

Unfortunately, it seemed to be OK and he was unable to find the cause of the water leak because the machine was working OK. He told me to watch for the leak and take a picture if it happens again. “I have never been to a UBreakIFix before, my concern was poor battery health on my iPhone. The staff was great, gave me a good explanation of the situation and all the “what ifs” that could take place as well as making me aware of the worst case scenario. I handed my phone over at 11:30am, they quoted me two hours for battery replacement. I arrived at 1:40pm and the phone was completed and in the same condition I handed it to them. The reason I can’t give them a 5th star is simply because yes, they did the battery replacement but the phone was returned to me with 4%, I understand the battery’s come on low state of charge it just would have been nice to know that they quality checked their work prior to my arrival(as in, get the phone to at least 50%). That attention to detail would have easily gotten them a 5 star but aside from that hiccup they seemed to do a good job.”

“I am beyond impressed with the service we received!!! My dad’s phone just stopped working. Couldn’t unlock it. My mom passed a few months ago and the phone had all his pics and videos of her. The look on his face when the ATT store said it was a lost cause made me clear my schedule to drive down to see if I could help. My daughter had been to this place before and so that’s where we went!
