“I went in a few minutes before they closed and asked for a quote for a phone charging port repair simply because I knew they were closing soon. He offered to do it right away for cheap and said it would only be about 10 minutes, not three minutes later he returned and it worked perfectly!

“Really satisfied with the experience. Got an appointment to have my daughter’s phone fixed - back glass was damaged and cracked. Dropped off the phone and was told to come back after an hour. “I have to say first off this place is very busy, but that doesn't mean they aren't very efficient in getting people in and out. If you don't have the patience to wait, then you may want to have someone else bring your device in for you. 😁 I'm only mentioning this because of a an individual breathing heavily because of the inability to wait.
Now, let's get to the customer service. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a welcome and friendly tone from Carlos, who was taking the information and getting the diagnosis from the customers. I've been here for at least 30 minutes, and several times, Carlos has thanked the customers for their patience and assured them they would be assisted. Having people like Carlos helping customers makes the wait much better. I can say that I will return if I have any other phone/computer issues in spite of the wait.
