“I opened and vacuumed out the dust from my son’s PS4 because it would wheeze when turned on, then overheat and shut itself off. After I closed up the console it wouldn’t even power up. I called Bros Game Shop and spoke with Kat. She was very helpful and provided a very reasonable estimate range. After hanging up I went to the shop and dropped off the console. It was an hour before closing. The very next day at about noon I got a text that the PS4 was ready for pick up. I went there and picked it up from Sally. Works perfectly and was returned with a repair warranty. The amount due was the lowest of the range estimate I was given.
Both Kat and Sally were polite, patient, helpful and professional.

“It was an excellent experience using David to evaluate, diagnose, and refurbish 2 very vintage mono tube amplifiers. He was always direct, honest, and careful with his service. His ultimate pricing was fair and reasonable for the work performed. The tasks i presented to him were not always simple, and I learned to rely on his professional judgment. I could wax eloquent further, but suffice it to say I am pleased with his efforts. “Kyle, the owner, was amazing! If I could give this place more stars, I would. My iPhone 12 max pro had water damage that left the charging port unusable and it was stuck on the restore screen. I had a ton of photos that weren’t backed up, so I was really worried I had lost them.
Kyle spent almost two hours working on my phone and talked me through everything he was doing. He was able to update it, get it turned back on, and help me recover all of my photos.
I had taken it to the Apple Genius Bar first and they weren’t able to do anything for me, except recommended I come here. So glad they did! Kyle was kind, patient, and clearly an expert.

“I have to say first off this place is very busy, but that doesn't mean they aren't very efficient in getting people in and out. If you don't have the patience to wait, then you may want to have someone else bring your device in for you. 😁 I'm only mentioning this because of a an individual breathing heavily because of the inability to wait.
Now, let's get to the customer service. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a welcome and friendly tone from Carlos, who was taking the information and getting the diagnosis from the customers. I've been here for at least 30 minutes, and several times, Carlos has thanked the customers for their patience and assured them they would be assisted. Having people like Carlos helping customers makes the wait much better. I can say that I will return if I have any other phone/computer issues in spite of the wait. Thank you, Carlos and the rest of the staff that is not visible, who are making the repairs in the back, you're greatly appreciated.”
