“Boost mobile store staff are truly versed on technical support, I've been at this store in two different occasions. The 1st time I thought I needed to buy a phone charging cable because the one I was using wouldn't stay inside the charging port , constantly falling off loose . I was told there was no need to buy a new charging cable the charging port was cleaned up and that solved the problem . I see 100% honesty and work ethics ! On the 2nd time I was helped by unlocking my new phone screen and adjust setting for the process of transferring data and apps from my old phone to the new I was also.

“Took my daughter to upgrade her phone Friday 12/08 and was helped by Janeth.Janeth acknowledged us from the moment we walked in the door. “Went in here last week because the recent breach has had my phone screwed up for 2 months! I mean my bank accounts and everything were hit! Talked to att over the phone until they basically said they didn't know wtf to do. I went in to this location for real to find out when to cancel my whole account so I can go to another company. The young lady working here was awesome. She was the ONLY one I spoke to who came up with a solution. I wish I remembered her name!!! But she's awesome and kudos to her!”
