“Boost mobile store staff are truly versed on technical support, I've been at this store in two different occasions. The 1st time I thought I needed to buy a phone charging cable because the one I was using wouldn't stay inside the charging port , constantly falling off loose . I was told there was no need to buy a new charging cable the charging port was cleaned up and that solved the problem . I see 100% honesty and work ethics ! On the 2nd time I was helped by unlocking my new phone screen and adjust setting for the process of transferring data and apps from my old phone to the new I was also.

“Took my daughter to upgrade her phone Friday 12/08 and was helped by Janeth.Janeth acknowledged us from the moment we walked in the door. I had called prior to driving to the store to confirm there inventory and when we arrived she already knew what we were there for.Janeth made the process so smooth and took the time to explain the phone features to my daughter and walked her through how to transfer the info from her old phone to the new one.
