“I communicated with Leslie from Customer Service who assisted me with an exchange. I purchased a motorcycle jacket liner that was too big and I sent it back in exchange for a smaller size. The company's policy is to inspect the item to be exchanged before they send the new item. The exchange is facilitated through the USPS and it takes many days for packages to travel between California and Florida. I asked Leslie if there was a way to speed up the process because of an upcoming motorcycle trip, and she told me that I could purchase a new jacket liner and the exchanged liner's status would be reclassified as a return and they would forego the $10 return fee the company charges. Exchange items are free and a returned item includes a $10 fee. Although you can only contact the company through email correspondence, I found them responsive and willing to accommodate my needs. Thank you very much Leslie and Venture Heat.”
“I understand that sometimes products don’t always turn out the way we hoped but it’s an amazing surprise when customer service exceeds your expectations.Natcha did just that she responded to my email promptly and did not question my problem and offered a solution right away. Since I just had surgery 31st a working ice machine is imperative so I am very, very grateful to Natcha’s care in replacing the pad.”

I have been dealing with this business for well over 16 years, yet I felt compelled to specifically mention Grant Jenkins, this particular gentleman in my book is a true all-star. Meaning, every single time, no matter how many times I would call or email him for instructions, advice on using my chamber etc., he doesn’t leave any stones unturned (his demeanor is pleasant, he listens) and you as a customer, never feel like you have to get a second opinion from anywhere else. Questions always answered, if not that day; defintely the next day. It is a true pleasure interacting with such a knowledgeable person, who represents an industry leading company such as Oxyhealth, in the field of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).”

“I have been a customer of Medico for several years now. Initially I was attracted by the pricing. That remains competitive. What I really appreciate about this company is the excellent customer service. Tim Brown has been my delivery man for several years and he goes out of the way to give me excellent customer service. The area manager Craig also has done a great job for me whenever I needed to talk to him about my contract or adjusting my orders. But I think what is particularly impressive is that my location is way off the beaten track, but Tim always manages to get my linens delivered even if it involves some tricky backing up and turning around.”

“The whole team is always super amazing! Tracy was phenomenal! She was very patient and help me figure out how to get my insurance in order to help me get my wheelchair. She went above and beyond and even allowed me to use a loaner until I was able to get everything processed. And when Christian dropped off the wheelchair to me, He did not leave until he made sure I was comfortable and knew how to use the chair. You can tell that they they are in their field because they love helping people!”
“I needed a medical bed for my disabled father very last minute. Their wonderful customer service and genuine kindness was appreciated from the start. They showed up, set up the bed quickly, and they were patient with any questions that we had on how to use the bed. My father slept peacefully and comfortably. She makes my purchase wonderful experience. I end up buying Infiniti and dickie scrubs. These are high quality scrubs I have been looking for. “I need to preface with the fact that I was raised caring for my grandmother, so I am very familiar with medical supplies stores, but never have I felt so embraced with calm and care in one before. Here you will find an incredibly kind and personable owner and team. I stopped in near closing time for a cane or crutch after not being able to find a suitable one elsewhere and found exactly what I was looking for at a very affordable price thanks to Jim! He gave me a tutorial on how to adjust it and use it properly, and so warm the whole time.
I am heartbroken to hear that they are being forced to close after 25 years of dedicated care to the local community, but I will absolutely be following them along to their future warehouse! Please don't hesitate to stop in before they've moved if you're in need of their wares!!”

“Needed to rent a wheelchair for a month or two because of my knee surgery at a reasonable price. Alfredo had my chair ready and even added an extended right leg rest. He also showed me how to operate all the adjustments. The store is very clean and well organized. I would highly recommend!”

Sarah helped me find the boot that would help just from my description of what I told her. My son walked with that boot until he could see is primary care Dr. He had actually ruptured his Achilles. After surgery he was put in a similar boot. His recovery is very well. Thank you Sarah so much for your kindness, patience and great customer service.”

“I went to this place yesterday to look for a motorized scooter for myself as I am finding that my endurance is not what it used to be. I'm sorry that I didn't ask for the name of the young man who assisted me. He was kind, thorough, and took time to show me the features of the portable scooter I was interested in. There was a great selection to pick from. I would, definitely go back to this store if I am ever in need of medical supplies. I live in Long Beach. I'm sure there are medical supply places in Long Beach, but I'm completely satisfied with this place. woman who does my hair suggested this store. I would recommend this place to others. Very impressed and satisfied.”
“I went to the doctor and she told me I have a foot fracture...you need a boot. I called everyone. They didn't have my size. They told me to go on Amazon. But I was in pain. So I called and found this place in LA. I got there and place was in a mini mall. Not the best looking outside but inside many boots. Grace right away helped me to get the boot I needed. She was very knowledgeable about which boot I needled for my injury. Thank you for great service and I got my boot.”
“You don't have to be local to order from them!!! I wanted to use the company's UPS account to purchase an order, and their customer service was AMAZING! They were quick, considerate, and helpful. Not only did they figure out a way to get the order in without getting charged the shipping, but the communication and requests were just so smooth to work with! No delays or confusion!More Prepared basically has all the emergency equipment you need for your home, office, car, etc. I ordered a few missing items for our office's kits and are now just waiting for the supplies to arrive. I'll come back here to update this review if the items ordered are not as expected. MP prices are slightly more reasonable than our previous vendor too!
