“I communicated with Leslie from Customer Service who assisted me with an exchange. I purchased a motorcycle jacket liner that was too big and I sent it back in exchange for a smaller size. The company's policy is to inspect the item to be exchanged before they send the new item. The exchange is facilitated through the USPS and it takes many days for packages to travel between California and Florida. I asked Leslie if there was a way to speed up the process because of an upcoming motorcycle trip, and she told me that I could purchase a new jacket liner and the exchanged liner's status would be reclassified as a return and they would forego the $10 return fee the company charges. Exchange items are free and a returned item includes a $10 fee. Although you can only contact the company through email correspondence, I found them responsive and willing to accommodate my needs. Thank you very much Leslie and Venture Heat.”
“I have been a customer of Medico for several years now. Initially I was attracted by the pricing. That remains competitive. What I really appreciate about this company is the excellent customer service. Tim Brown has been my delivery man for several years and he goes out of the way to give me excellent customer service. The area manager Craig also has done a great job for me whenever I needed to talk to him about my contract or adjusting my orders. But I think what is particularly impressive is that my location is way off the beaten track, but Tim always manages to get my linens delivered even if it involves some tricky backing up and turning around.”

“The whole team is always super amazing! Tracy was phenomenal! She was very patient and help me figure out how to get my insurance in order to help me get my wheelchair. She went above and beyond and even allowed me to use a loaner until I was able to get everything processed. And when Christian dropped off the wheelchair to me, He did not leave until he made sure I was comfortable and knew how to use the chair. You can tell that they they are in their field because they love helping people!”

“Play been going here since I was a teenager I'm 47 now the people who work there are really nice considering how pocket gets but they're very fast unprofessional everyone tries to get to know you by your name then when they see you again to go pick up your medicine and they always tell you by your name if they remember you but I like going there it feels like a family are they make you feel like a family”

“I highly recommend this pharmacy my family members used to get their medications there for a couple of years but ended up leaving two years ago because of the unprofessional service . Today my mom and aunt had a doctor's appointment at one of the clinics down he Street from Cameron and the nurses at the clinic recommend Cameron again because now they have a very professional and very polite person that works at Cameron her name is Martha Rodriguez . I heard that John left and new pharmacy owners came but I'm happy that the staff is new and I highly recommend the pharmacy mostly because of the clinic that recommended me to go back because they say that Martha approaches the patients with lots of caring, and respect and I'm hoping to meet her one day when I switch from 986 pharmacy to Cameron”

So I called and found this place in LA. I got there and place was in a mini mall. Not the best looking outside but inside many boots. Grace right away helped me to get the boot I needed.
