“Went in here last week because the recent breach has had my phone screwed up for 2 months! I mean my bank accounts and everything were hit! Talked to att over the phone until they basically said they didn't know wtf to do. I went in to this location for real to find out when to cancel my whole account so I can go to another company. The young lady working here was awesome. She was the ONLY one I spoke to who came up with a solution. I wish I remembered her name!!! But she's awesome and kudos to her!”
“Took my daughter to upgrade her phone Friday 12/08 and was helped by Janeth.Janeth acknowledged us from the moment we walked in the door. I had called prior to driving to the store to confirm there inventory and when we arrived she already knew what we were there for.Janeth made the process so smooth and took the time to explain the phone features to my daughter and walked her through how to transfer the info from her old phone to the new one. “Make an appointment ahead of time. Better to schedule one instead of waiting. I’ve come to this location a lot. To drop off equipment, exchange equipment and make payments. The machine usually works if not they will gladly assist you. The employees are always nice. I’ve never had to wait long but maybe I’ve been lucky. With that being said my experiences have always been great at this location. Highly recommend this location.”
