“This is the third or fourth time I have visited this business which is just a few walking blocks from my home. Today we were looking for replacement ballasts for kitchen fluorescent fixtures. The fellow who helped me was really patient, insightful and recommended something we had been considering which was to retrofit to LED bulbs. This ended up being quicker to wire using less labor with a lifespan of performance expected to be much longer. last time I was here I remember having a similar experience without remembering any of the details. The guys here are really good. I can compare and contrast my experience at another electrical supply where there was less consideration. for this reason I think five stars is well-reasoned and justified. I can recommend these folks to you with reasonable confidence.”

“Had an overall excellent experience with this store. I want one remote to control all of the add-ons for the TV, surround, outside speakers etc. I purchased a sound bar, sub and the the universal remote. I dealt with Cam at the store, nice guy and knowledgeable. The programmer for the remote Edwardo was a stud. Spent a considerable amount of time customizing our remote to exactly how we wanted it. You can program these remote 50 different ways and some people might give you the basic programming just to get out of Dodge. Edwardo did lots of fine details for us and the remote is everything you could have asked for and more. THANKS Edwardo!!! You went above and beyond.”

“These are the best French designed loudspeakers in Westlake Village! I have spend a long time refining my golden ears in the High end stereo market, so it's fair to say that my aural memory of the perfect soundstage is the touchstone by which all audio metrics should be established. Having thus established myself as an expert without peer, I can safely say, (regarding L-Acoustics) many pretenders have sought the goblet of audio sublimity, but none have grasped it...until now. If you are seeking a pitch perfect reproduction via paper, wood, and glue...look no further. The depth of imaging presented by these peerless particle mobitators is at once exhilarating, yet simultaneously devastating. These loudspeakers reveal secrets that eons old content creators never meant to be public. For example, in Beethoven's 69th concerto in D Minor, "ode to a small fissure in the chamber pot" (as performed by the country super quintet , Cats Look'in at Dogs in White Denim) it has been accepted that the B flat in the three hundred and second bar was a mistake caused by transcription flatulence. When listening to the piece thru L-Acoustics speakers however, its obviously revealed as the the F# its been all along! An F#! B Flat...so ridiculous. Anyway, salesman David Brooks is truly a man going the extra mile. If you need loudspeakers for a listening space, look him up. You won't regret it.”

He was professional, personable, and clearly knew his stuff—quickly troubleshooting the issue, swapping SIMs, and even showing me a great 5G home internet option that saved me money.
When the issue persisted the next day, I came back and was helped by Dustin. Despite a busy store, the check-in process was smooth, and Dustin took his time, involving the whole team and even calling corporate to exhaust every option before considering a replacement. The level of teamwork was impressive—they weren’t trying to upsell me, just genuinely fix the issue.
In the end, I did replace the phone—but only after being fully informed, respected, and supported throughout the process. This team values integrity and customer care over quick sales, and that alone earns my continued business.
