“This was my first time inside an Old Navy and I didn't know I was missing out on these cute outfits and finds. The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon.”

The owner and staff are incredibly helpful, warm, and knowledgeable without ever making you feel pressured to buy. They truly love fashion and care about how the pieces make you feel — not just making a sale. They’ve never once tried to talk me into something I didn’t love, and they’re just as quick to tell me when something isn’t fitting quite right or isn’t the best piece for me. I trust their opinions completely. They also do such a great job keeping a range of sizes in stock, and the inventory is constantly changing, so there’s always something new to discover. “I was here last Friday (8/7) at around 6 pm and had the best experience with an employee EVER! Her name was Hazel (i think) and as I was checking out she helped me place an online order when I mentioned there was this comforter I had wanted for the longest time but it's been sold out online for a while. Like the angel she is, she searches up the product.. finds nothing.. but then searches some more and BAM! One left. She orders it for me and I am forever grateful! I have been scouring the internet for this bedding, coding online chat bots to monitor the web if they ever showed up on second-hand resellers, emailing corporate for details about potential back stack and manufacturer information to possibly get this custom ordered. I never write reviews but this made my week!”

“Very cool little boutique, and right now, everything is 1/2 OFF! I'm sure for a limited time though. They have woman's clothing from dresses and pants, to yoga wear, to bathing suits (some only $9), hats, jewelry, bags, and now selling cotton masks. I picked out a pretty little floral dress that fit perfectly, and only $22! Open 7 days a week until 6pm. There are a couple curtain dressing rooms and you can try anything on. The owner is very welcoming and sweet. I asked her if there was a Yelp page, and her response was hilarious...that she's old & doesn't social media. So I told her I would start one up for her business. I will definitely be coming back to check out her new items next time I'm back in the downtown Manhattan Beach area.”
