“This review is about my family’s experience with Tae yesterday evening. My wife, son, and I came in to look into possibly trading in my wife’s and my phone and switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. We already have a line with T-Mobile for my 7.5 y/o son, who was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and needs a phone to connect to his Continuous Glucose Monitor. We didn’t want him to be on Spectrum like us because their cell coverage is horrible where we live.I explained our situation to Tae, and he instantly got to work on getting us the best deal he could find. Boy, did he! My wife ended up walking out with an iPhone 15, and I walked out with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. We were able to finance the cases and screen protectors as well. He gave us top dollar for our old iPhones, ported over our numbers, transferred our data to the new phones, and wiped our old ones. We also qualified for free Netflix.All that, and we spent a whopping $50 and some change. Seriously, my mind was blown! “I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't help myself given the expert customer service I received from Franklin and the entire team at FTS Broadband. Our office recently switched over to VOIP telephones. Our previous system was wrought with weekly headaches. When I complained about it to a neighbor in our building, they referred FTS Broadband. Within a week Franklin's team was able to set up our entire office. Since that time, we have had zero problems. “I decided to upgrade my iPhone before my vacation. There were two employees in the store and they were both helping people. I waited about 20 minutes and then I was helped by Josh. He was patient, very knowledgeable and super kind. I'm not very techie, so I appreciated the patience. He explained to me the 5G internet that T-Mobile now has and I definitely am considering adding that to my plan. Each customer interaction can take a very long time, so don't go there if you're in a rush.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but I felt this one was necessary, not because everything worked out perfectly (I’m still waiting on the final outcome), but because of the way I was treated at TLC Repair.
Eric, the technician who helped me, was the kind of professional you rarely encounter anymore. He was kind, calm, measured, and genuinely concerned about how I was doing after bringing in my MacBook Pro with water damage. He didn’t just see a laptop, he saw a person who had just experienced a real loss and treated me with care and respect.
He and his colleague (whose name I didn’t catch) took the time to open the machine, explain everything they saw, and do what they could to get it working again. For the flat fee they charged, I felt the price was more than fair, especially considering how much time and attention they gave.
Unfortunately in my case, the damage was worse than expected, and Eric told me honestly that it needed to be sent out to someone he trusts as the best in the business. He didn’t waste time or push me to make a decision. He said he’d personally deliver the device the next morning.
Even though I don’t know the final result yet, I can say without hesitation that Eric left a lasting positive impression. If my MacBook ends up being saved, I’ll be deeply grateful. But even if it doesn’t, I still know I brought it to the right place.

“I went to this T-Mobile store just to purchase some AirPods. I was immediately welcome by Diego. Diego helped me navigate on the airpods which were more to my liking and suitable for me. I've never purchased one. I am thankful for his help. In addition to that I asked about the cell phone deals. I've had my phone for 4-5 years now. It's been having some glitches here and there. Diego talked to me about the deals which they had for phones, accessories which pertained to this type of phone. Diego was very detailed with the information which was provided. I ask A LOT of questions at times maybe the same one for my own better understanding. Diego was awesome in providing me this information without once making me feel as a bother to him. I ended up buying two Iphones , and accessories. He has excellent client services, sales representative skills. His assistant manager whom I can't remember her name was kind and friendly.
