After being with them for 30 years for cellular, I had decided months ago to leave AT&T.
I went in late on a Friday afternoon on a beautiful day, thinking it'd be quick and easy.
It was not quick. It was, however, exceptional.
I was greeted immediately by Ruben, who let me know from the get that it'd be about 20 minutes before someone could sit with me. He asked what I was in for and got me on the list. He looped back prepping me for what I needed so I could be ready when it was time. I logged into my ATT account and took screenshots of my statements, account, and plan details.
Kevin was the guy assigned to work with me. I was clear about what I wanted, he was clear about T-Mobiles offering, and we were off to a good start. But then, we were met with challenges at every step of the way. AT&T did not make it easy for me to transfer. From getting the release PIN to porting the account over, we ran into hiccups and delays. Throughout the ENTIRE process Kevin was calm, patient, and unphased. A true professional. Ruben stopped in from time to time to check on us both as we progressed. I was astounded by Ruben's attentiveness on the floor, checking in with customers in progress as well as those walking in the door, consistently until his shift ended. They had a full house, and no one sat for more than two minutes without a hello.
In the final stretch, I asked Kevin when his shift was up, He assured me we'd be done before the top of the hour. Turned out, AT&T had given me an account number that did not match on the back end in order to port the number over to the new carrier. We took it straight off of my invoice, it failed, Kevin and I contacted AT&T via the app to confirm, they confirmed, Kevin had to escalate up through T-Mobile to three-way patch a conversation with AT&T to get the correct account number - which was not, by the way, the account number I had on my invoice OR in the app. (SHADY!)
All to say, Kevin's patience and professionalism all the way through our THREE HOURS together was unwavering. I walked in nervous about a carrier switch, I walked out converted to T-Mobile without one single regret.
On the way out, I was able to thank Meg who was on the floor and had supported us through the entire fiasco.

It was one of the best grand entrances filled with the warmest welcomes I have ever experienced at a T-Mobile or any cellphone store. Who ever is behind this type of energy KUDOS! The first time I came in to buy a phone for my business, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Later, I returned for some technical advice. Even though the wait in the queue was long, Robbie helped me quickly and went above and beyond by showing me additional tips and features on my phone that I didn’t even know about.
At one point, I mentioned that if I couldn’t get something resolved, I might check with other stores. Well, I did — and honestly, none of the other agents were as knowledgeable or as helpful as Robbie. That’s when I realized how exceptional he really is.
So I went back to him for help unlocking my old used Verizon phone. Without hesitation, and with a genuinely welcoming attitude, he helped me far beyond my expectations. What impressed me most? He never once asked for a review like some others do. His service was simply authentic and professional.

“I don’t usually write reviews but I felt this one was necessary, not because everything worked out perfectly (I’m still waiting on the final outcome), but because of the way I was treated at TLC Repair.
Eric, the technician who helped me, was the kind of professional you rarely encounter anymore. He was kind, calm, measured, and genuinely concerned about how I was doing after bringing in my MacBook Pro with water damage. He didn’t just see a laptop, he saw a person who had just experienced a real loss and treated me with care and respect.
He and his colleague (whose name I didn’t catch) took the time to open the machine, explain everything they saw, and do what they could to get it working again. For the flat fee they charged, I felt the price was more than fair, especially considering how much time and attention they gave.
Unfortunately in my case, the damage was worse than expected, and Eric told me honestly that it needed to be sent out to someone he trusts as the best in the business. He didn’t waste time or push me to make a decision. He said he’d personally deliver the device the next morning.
Even though I don’t know the final result yet, I can say without hesitation that Eric left a lasting positive impression. If my MacBook ends up being saved, I’ll be deeply grateful. But even if it doesn’t, I still know I brought it to the right place.

I've never purchased one. I am thankful for his help. In addition to that I asked about the cell phone deals. I've had my phone for 4-5 years now. It's been having some glitches here and there. Diego talked to me about the deals which they had for phones, accessories which pertained to this type of phone. Diego was very detailed with the information which was provided.
