“My personal Experience with Hertz was actually very good despite the overwhelming and unwarranted negative reviews that you see online. My Hertz representative was Celina and she did everything she could to get me a rental car 15min before closing. She was successful and I appreciate her hard work. Did I have to wait my turn in line? of course. Was that a problem? Not at all. Unfortunately most people these days lack patience and humility. The moment an entitled customer doesn't get their way they throw a fit like a childand then get on the internet and leave a ridiculously back review. To all the adults acting like entitled children, grow the hell up! You're embarrassing yourself. To whoever reads this, if you need a rental car you can never go wrong with Celina at Hertz Manteca or Peter if your by the Santa Clara location.”
