I recently tried their tamales and they are also very good.The only downside is I have gone in a few times and they did not have champurrado readily available when it should have been ready. But when I did get my champurrado it tasted great!”

“I think the coolest thing about the store is the atmosphere in addition to the great prices you know the owner takes pride in finding items that essentially can fit someone on social security's budget and is 5 times healthier than Vons or Albertsons this is truly a gem in East village and there is one cashier in particular who is compassionate intelligent kind and empathetic to her customers always accurate and quick to give a smile and excellent customer service her name is Kia and the other lady that manages it is excellent too”

“Good selection, they got allot of stuff. AND they let you drop off UPS packages at this location, which sounds kinda weird but it's super convenient for me and the owner/manager is all about it and will scan you package in right away and offer a receipt for dropping it off there, or at least let you know when the next driver will likely be by to pick it up. Never had any problems at this liquor store, probably one of my favorite ones in town.”

The young gentleman who was working there helped me out because they didn't have the yogurt I wanted and went out of his way to find me an alternative and it worked. My family ended up liking it. They are nice people who are very nice and helpful.”

“First time try of Filipino dish. My wife and I went there to get few dishes for try. We have them served almost everything so we could try them throughout the week. When we're ready to pay, the lady said: Merry Christmas, it is on the house. Enjoy! We said what! We insisted to pay...but to no avail. God bless you.And....the food is great!”

“Hadn't been into the store in a while because it was pretty bad . Always a mess, no items in stock etc. Well let me tell you that has changed. They got a new manager. I think she said her name is Mariah. Anyway her and her staff are doing an amazing job at fixing this store up and making it a pleasure to shop in! It's looking so clean and nice! I was able to get everything I needed. To say I am impressed with how far the store has come would be an understatement. Thank you Mariah and staff for all of the hard work you all have done to make shopping at Dollar General such a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work !”

“There must have improved in the customer service department since the other reviewers, because we found the opposite today. I like their produce prices and variety. Their meat counter is well stocked, clean and good prices. I also like their bakery and the fact that they have many different Latino products/merchandise. We found everyone that we encounter in the store, to be very nice and friendly. We'll be coming back as needed.”

“Having moved from California to Washington, sometimes it’s hard to find good produce here in Washington. We stubbles across cantaloupes from this little store in Coupeville, WA and they were absolutely amazing! They were from your farm Groningen & Sons. I haven’t had a decent cantaloupe in years and I was pleasantly surprised! My father(Jack Busby) was a farmer in Arvin, CA for 20+ years, and they raised cantaloupes in that area that we’re good, but these cantaloupes were delicious!Thank you very much for growing an awesome and unforgettable crop.Judy (Busby) Thorpe”

“I love this store. The staff are always friendly! I was dancing through an isle one time and one employee was laughing and started dancing with me while sweeping. So, anyone who says customer service is not on par is lying or a Karen. Deli food is amazing and it's always super clean in the store. We won't mention the bathrooms”

Prices are almost 2x cheaper than Safeway and save mart. Store is well cleaned up and they have workers walking around everywhere. There was only one person who couldn't help me find what I needed. Also I love that this is a Supercenter, it has almost everything you can think of and the shelves are still stocked. Overall I'm very satisfied with my trip to Walmart, and I will continue to go here over the other grocery stores in my area.”
