“I had an amazing stay at this Holiday Inn! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast spread was delicious—definitely a great way to start the day!”

“I will say Kym was great at check in. Very friendly. The atmosphere is quiet. Wasn't exactly enthused with the breakfast at this particular best western. Overall it was a very beautiful hotel.”

“The reason it’s not 5 stars is the self-service laundry. I know this might not be a concern for most, but It was for me. Which is why I’m writing a review. In order to pay for the machine, I have to either 1)have quarters or 2) have an app called PayRange, where I have to create an account, add funds to the app (which can’t be the exact amount I will use right now. It has to be $10, 15, 20 etc or $5 and below but with an extra fee…) I’m tired of these kind of apps. Tired of creating unnecessary accounts. And having to pay more than what I’ll use to “recharge” my “laundry card”? Just to have the rest of the money that I won’t use, sit there forever? Because I probably won’t use this App ever again after leaving this hotel? No. Just no. This is not a HUGE deal, but it’s inconvenient and it made me very frustrated, until I decided to walk away and not use the self-service laundry. I know there are better and easier options available. I hope this changes eventually :) Otherwise, in my experience: great hotel! Great staff.”

“This is a good place if you're just passing through and need a place to rest for the night, take a shower, and get some sleep. It’s not a luxury hotel and doesn’t include breakfast, and the rooms are fairly basic, but for the price it’s reasonable and serves its purpose. Overall, a decent option if you’re looking for something simple and budget-friendly.”

“The customer service here is PHENOMENAL! Bobbie has made this truly an exceptional experience for my son and I! She is so bubbly and makes you feel at home. Even when it is clearly busy, she some how keeps her composure so calm and it gives you the overwhelming sense of peace! I love you Bobbie! This wasn’t just a temporary stay for me, I ended up making a friend!”
