What I appreciate most is finding someone I can feel confident bringing my electronics to. My phone is something I rely on every day, so having it repaired means a lot. Being able to get my PS5 taken care of at the same shop was a huge plus. Although this is a phone repair store, my experience with Alex shows that it’s also worth considering for console repairs.
