“Scott was amazing. After being on the phone with customer care for a few hours, they recommended us to go into the retail store to get assistance since they weren’t able to assist us with our issue. Upon our arrival, he took his time and worked with us, troubleshooting every different aspect of our galaxy watch connecting to our phone line, and was able to figure out what the issue was. He got our problem solved and was very patient and diligent. We really appreciated his help and persistence in this matter. “I needed to replace the back glass on my iPhone 12 ProMax. Usually I would make the repair myself, but this phone was too expensive to risk a DYI hiccup and I didn’t have alone of the most important tools needed to do the repair.
So I was calling around to compare prices and Raymond quoted me the same price as the lowest quote I had found thus far, but it was the next thing he said that finalized ZoomLock Wirelessas the shop for me. He explained why the repair was going to take as long as it did, which was WAY quicker than I could have done it.
Plus knowing what the job entailed, the moment he mentioned “the laser” I knew he was a Pro. Took it in and had my phone back the same day, looking and functioning just like it was BRAND NEw!
