“This is a nifty little bar/restaurant/general store in a very small town. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Prices are a touch high for food that was clearly made from frozen products. We got fries during our first time in, and they were definitely burned. The bartenders are friendly and talkative, but they will prioritize regulars over out-of-towners. We had one incident with a regular who was quite drunk and wanted to start problems. The bartenders didn't really know how to handle the guy, so we just had to leave before things escalated. We called the owner to discuss what had happened, and he called us back to apologize and get our side of the event. He was very kind and understanding, and he let us know that he'd be having a team meeting to discuss the best ways to handle drunk and belligerent individuals as well as when to cut people off.
Overall, the atmosphere is great, the people are mostly wonderful, and it is sure to be a fun venue when the weather warms up and live music can perform outside.”
