Very slow and incompetent staff. I think everyone there is useless and unable to help clients. It’s an absolute waste of time to go to this branch. Management is embarrassing.

Yet another Citibank that doesn't honor the checks their members write. It's hilarious this bank doesn't bank. Bahahaha This just looks bad on Citibank members.
