“I went in a few minutes before they closed and asked for a quote for a phone charging port repair simply because I knew they were closing soon. He offered to do it right away for cheap and said it would only be about 10 minutes, not three minutes later he returned and it worked perfectly!

“I bought my NAD 7250 PE stereo receiver in 1986 and it still works till this day in my secondary room mostly for music but it had developed an intermittent right channel at lower volumes. Found Henry's by googling authorized NAD repair centers and sent it off. Turnaround was extraordinary; under two weeks, other NAD shops had said months. Couldn't be more pleased. It sounds, and the knobs and buttons operate, better than I remember when new. Highly, highly recommended for your vintage gear. The cost was 1/4 what a "modern" replacement would have cost as I need pre out/main in for an outboard amp to run a center channel for quasi 3.2 the few times I use the TV in that room, and to integrate a MiniDSP which acts as my crossover/EQ for my dual subs. “My MacBook Pro was no longer under warranty (AppleCare). Apple and. Best Buy both quoted me a fee of almost $1,200 with no guarantee. I did a little research and learned UBreakiFix also does computers. The reservation system online was the best experience ever. So much simpler than getting in at the Apple Store or even at the GeekSquad at BestBuy. This was less than a minute on their website to book the reservation and have it go directly to my calendar. They were great with the reminders too. At the store, Sean took care of me. Totally transparent with how they work and what it costs. I got the repaired laptop in a few days for less than half the price! Can't wait for my next device to break!
