“TLDR: Kevin, Ruben, & Meg set the standard to be beat in customer service and professionalism.

After being with them for 30 years for cellular, I had decided months ago to leave AT&T.

I went in late on a Friday afternoon on a beautiful day, thinking it'd be quick and easy.

It was not quick. It was, however, exceptional.

I was greeted immediately by Ruben, who let me know from the get that it'd be about 20 minutes before someone could sit with me. He asked what I was in for and got me on the list. He looped back prepping me for what I needed so I could be ready when it was time. I logged into my ATT account and took screenshots of my statements, account, and plan details.

Kevin was the guy assigned to work with me. I was clear about what I wanted, he was clear about T-Mobiles offering, and we were off to a good start. But then, we were met with challenges at every step of the way. AT&T did not make it easy for me to transfer. From getting the release PIN to porting the account over, we ran into hiccups and delays. Throughout the ENTIRE process Kevin was calm, patient, and unphased. A true professional. Ruben stopped in from time to time to check on us both as we progressed. I was astounded by Ruben's attentiveness on the floor, checking in with customers in progress as well as those walking in the door, consistently until his shift ended. They had a full house, and no one sat for more than two minutes without a hello.

In the final stretch, I asked Kevin when his shift was up, He assured me we'd be done before the top of the hour. Turned out, AT&T had given me an account number that did not match on the back end in order to port the number over to the new carrier. We took it straight off of my invoice, it failed, Kevin and I contacted AT&T via the app to confirm, they confirmed, Kevin had to escalate up through T-Mobile to three-way patch a conversation with AT&T to get the correct account number - which was not, by the way, the account number I had on my invoice OR in the app. (SHADY!)

All to say, Kevin's patience and professionalism all the way through our THREE HOURS together was unwavering. I walked in nervous about a carrier switch, I walked out converted to T-Mobile without one single regret.

On the way out, I was able to thank Meg who was on the floor and had supported us through the entire fiasco.

Wow, T-Mobile, if Kevin, Ruben, & Meg represent the quality you offer in service, they are bar none.

Thank you to the T-Mobile Santa Monica team for one hell of a first experience with a new carrier that has me never looking back.”

“I moved to WeHO on July 1 as a Verizon customer. Verizon did not schedule my home internet installation until July 15 from 8am-10am. I offered to pick up in-store for home install, but they had a system issue that prevented me from doing so. I was irritated, but patient.

The day came and I learned that they cancelled my home install without notice after I called them an hour into the installation window. After hours on the phone, chats, verification texts and being hung up on by Verizon reps, my patience ran out.

I went into T-mobile. Kyle got me set up with phone and internet service in 30 minutes—right before closing. He had an incredibly professional and calming demeanor. It’s a phone company, so I already know there will likely be bumps along the way, but I’m so grateful for Kyle getting me set up quickly and without hassle today. This is how customer service should be.

It was probably a busy hour to visit the store that I didn't know about. Once it was my turn, the staff attended to my request and installed the SIM card in my phone, which only took a few minutes. “Eduardo was excellent! went above and beyond for us! he helped me and my mother get our new phones! He gave us amazing t mobile help. We went to another T-Mobile and the girl just told us to shoow, away basically but Eduardo hooked it up with all the deals and even upgraded our plan so that we were able to get the new iPhones instead of us not being able to upgrade! “I walked in to get some details on my bill and I was greeted with a huge, “WELCOME!” There were about 6 staff members in store and they all said it together on course. It was one of the best grand entrances filled with the warmest welcomes I have ever experienced at a T-Mobile or any cellphone store. I was assisted right away and when the next person walked in they all said, “Welcome!” And went back to what they were doing. But this is the customer service that’s been missing for years. Who ever is behind this type of energy KUDOS! I don’t know if it’s a corporate initiative, area/district manager initiative or store manager decision but keep it up and promote whoever is behind this! Even the lady who helped me I didn’t get her name I think she may have had reddish hair but she was so nice and answered all my questions. Fantastic job T-Mobile -Torrance (Crenshaw/Artesia), you guys are rocking the customer experience. More companies need this type of lead by example customer service culture. Our office recently switched over to VOIP telephones. Our previous system was wrought with weekly headaches. When I complained about it to a neighbor in our building, they referred FTS Broadband. Within a week Franklin's team was able to set up our entire office. Since that time, we have had zero problems. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me save money. “I don’t usually write reviews but I felt this one was necessary, not because everything worked out perfectly (I’m still waiting on the final outcome), but because of the way I was treated at TLC Repair.

Eric, the technician who helped me, was the kind of professional you rarely encounter anymore. He was kind, calm, measured, and genuinely concerned about how I was doing after bringing in my MacBook Pro with water damage. He didn’t just see a laptop, he saw a person who had just experienced a real loss and treated me with care and respect.

He and his colleague (whose name I didn’t catch) took the time to open the machine, explain everything they saw, and do what they could to get it working again. For the flat fee they charged, I felt the price was more than fair, especially considering how much time and attention they gave.

Unfortunately in my case, the damage was worse than expected, and Eric told me honestly that it needed to be sent out to someone he trusts as the best in the business. He didn’t waste time or push me to make a decision. He said he’d personally deliver the device the next morning.

Even though I don’t know the final result yet, I can say without hesitation that Eric left a lasting positive impression. If my MacBook ends up being saved, I’ll be deeply grateful. But even if it doesn’t, I still know I brought it to the right place.

“I really appreciate the level of service I received at this store location. I came in for what I thought was simple technical support for a water damaged phone. And after 3 store visits, and almost 3 hours worth of calls with Verizon & Asurion, I was finally able to resolve my issue. Today I walked out of the store with a fully functional phone.
Despite multiple visits, every time I walked into the store, the staff were extremely helpful and diligent in their efforts. Everyone I spoke to made me feel as though they were listening to me, and trying to give me the best advice and assistance available. I'm not sure if this is his name, but Chris, the Store Manager (according to the Security Guard) went above and beyond to help me today. Cheers to these Verizon Store employees, who are providing superior customer service in Inglewood!”
